A very good experience purchasing a new car from a distance. Their digital team/Phil initially took all my enquiries and liaised with the branch. Once I was happy with the price, I had contact with the branch including a video to confirm all was OK with the car. Very quick and responsive to all my questions along the way. Despite me being delayed on my way to them, there was no pressure and a very helpful Lee Phillips did a thorough hand over and part exchange. Thank you Phil and Lee for a lovely and stress free purchase. Sorry my delay held you up on a Friday evening. And thanks for the cute doll that my kids loved.
Had the pleasure of having Craig Jones as my salesman, very attentative, quick to respond to queries even after the sale and felt very looked after. I bought a used X4 and love it, my second car from Williams BMW and the high quality of service was maintained.
Good at selling cars but woeful after service. Despite several requests over a week no one has returned my call with a view to resolving what should be a simple Connected Drive issue. Also submitted two customer service surveys and no one has been in touch. Come on BMW, great cars but awful customer care.
I had a brilliant experience buying my first BMW at Williams Liverpool, within minuets of enquiring Kingsley had a personalised video showcasing the vehicle sent within 30minuets. After confirming the sale the vehicle was available to pick up within a couple of days and upon attending the dealership I was greeted with a warm welcome and a thorough handover carried out by Dave. Felt I was looked after throughout the whole process and drove away a happy customer, I'd highly recommend Williams BMW and hopefully will have the pleasure of dealing with the team again in the future.

Excellent distance buying experience from Paul O Grady at Williams BMW Liverpool. Having been looking for an M car for a couple of years and having had several awful experiences from other dealerships I was delighted to have found Williams who sourced and walked me through via email/phone and video the purchase of an exceptional approved used BMW M2 Competition. The whole process from the first point of contact to the delivery or the car and collection of my car was faultless. Never pushy, always patient and everything was explained in detail. Outstanding Service. I saw a car on Autotrader BMW 5 series. Personalised video sent to me within 30 minutes of contacting me. Travelled the day to get to Liverpool from worthing. Was welcomed with offer of food and drink. Simple process and after viewing the car, paid and left. Dealt with a chap called Mike. Very helpful and a credit to the Williams BMW team.
