The service from Chris was second to none. Easily the best I've ever had when buying a car, and probably the best I've received in any industry. I turned up at 9am Tuesday morning after searching for 2 days but walking out of dealerships after feeling like I was being sold something I didn't want / need - I never once felt like I was being sold to, just being informed about the cars & products he could offer within my budget. There were multiple other times during the 24 hour process whereby he showed professionalism, talent & knowledge. Fantastic & I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car.
Very happy with the opportunity to do 3 test drives and ask lots of questions. Very happy with the experience on the day I picked up the car. Happy with the initial follow up after picking up the car. Edwin was very patient with us and had a very good manner.
Went to pick car up, was a pleasant experience. When I arrived everything was ready for me to pick up and exchange. Jon was fab! He sat with me and explained everything, such a great help. Answered all my questions, no matter how silly they were. I was really happy with how easy and organised Jon was with the handover.
Hi, all of the staff I encounterd, particularly, Tyler Heath who looked after me from my initial visit to collecting my car; was as excellent as the brand Volkswagen itself. I was initially nervous about the purchase of a serious investment but there was never any pressure in which I would have run a mile. All my questions were answered with patience and I was looked after very well in terms of time, cups of coffees and nice chats with members of your team. A credit must also be mentioned for Chris, the finance manager who was very engaging and hospitable. I will certainly recommend the brand and this particular dealership. Many thanks again. Penny Lee.
The dealership is smartly presented with easy to access codes for information about the cars giving an excellent first impression. When I asked for help a salesman, Chris Timoti, promptly came to help and was very knowledgeable about the cars and was exceptionally well mannered. I felt I was treated with respect throughout the process and all the options were explained clearly. From start to finish the transfer took three visits and I was provided with all the information I needed upfront and it was as smooth as could be expected. The customer care is second to none. Highly recommended.
Booked my old Golf in for Diagnostic ,s on the abs brake module another garage told me i needed a new abs module @£1500and turned up this morning and met Danny who I had previously spoken too on the phone and he was a really nice genuine guy.I find mechanics generally can't make eye contact with you and really can't communicate but Danny was excellent he listened to me and answered my questions and asked if I wanted the free car health check which I agreed to. Shortly after I get a text with a link to a video of problems minor and major and a full breakdown,Then half an hour later I get a phone call explaining that the abs module was fine and it was just a fuse. Absolutely Amazed at these Guys Truth - Honesty and Expertise - Danny you have made me smile -I cant stop Grinning. Thank you so much mate. I highly recommend this place to everybody.......

After having the cam-belt and water pump replaced, then the clutch by a different garage, my vehicle developed a leak on the coolant system. Booked the Golf in, problem identified quickly, just unfortunately lost the car for 2 days as had to wait for the replacement broken part to arrive the day after. Otherwise good service and nice repair. Thank you.

Fabulous experience at Inchcape Volkswagen Wirral. I went to look at a used car last Saturday, Tyler was immensely helpful and I left a deposit. 6 days and a very smooth transition process later including a part exchange again thanks to Tyler, I was driving away in my new car. I would whole heartedly recommend IV Wirral.
