Had a fantastic experience thanks to Lewis - came by originally just to look around but he made time to discuss what I was looking for and helped me to find the perfect car for me. The whole process was super easy and despite being busy, he always made time to go the extra mile and make sure I was 100% happy with the car, with no pressure at all. The decision was always mine and he gave really good advice, clearly caring a lot about customer experience. I purchased the car 2 days ago and he has already checked in with me to make sure I'm happy and everything is running well - truly cares about the customer and getting it right for the individual. Never been to Arnold Clark before so this was my first experience with the company - I'd now 100% recommend after the incredible service I've received. Thanks, Lewis!
Failed the MOT on my car on an engine management light they were asked to investigate 3 times, damaged my car as per the pictures and are refusing to take responsibility. Poorly fitted number plates that fell off within a mile. Shocking customer service, incompetent technicians, terrible communication! Notified my car had failed its MOT 10 minutes before they closed on something they couldn’t fix leaving me stranded 50+ miles from home with no mode of transport! Absolute disgrace of a company! Customer service are useless!
Bought my car from Kevin Parry at the Liverpool Branch. The whole process was completely stress free and I could just enjoy buying a car and leave Kevin to it. I bought the car without ever seeing it in person due to travel distance. Kevin sent me detailed videos showing me the cars features and honestly showing any imperfections. Kevin kept me up to date, he rang me regularly no chasing required from me. I am very pleased with the car it is as I expected thanks to Kevin and although 200 miles away I will not hesitate to contact Kevin for my next car because let’s face it this high level of service and the ability to have complete trust in the sales person is something we all dream of.
I have just recently bought my new MG car from Arnold Clark, the deal that was on for MG was too much to miss, I was very much wanting to get my car as soon as possible and the customer service received was exemplary from my sales person Nick McCoy, he was able to sort everything for me and try to progress the car as soon as he could even with some difficulties, I’ve been enjoying driving my new MG and the car looks amazing and is very comfortable also, thanks again!
Extremely happy with the services I got, especially with Shane . He was very professional and he went over and beyond in his knowledge of the vehicle I chose; he had all documents ready for my arrival and had No complications whatsoever at any time. Shane was brilliant throughout the whole sale, he was massively helpful and ensured I was completely comfortable with everything before I left and he made sure I knew everything about the car and took his time showing me. how to work everything inside the car which I appreciated. I Would definitely recommend Arnold Clark, thank you so much for a pleasant experience!
I've been coming to Arnold Clark in Liverpool for most of my driving time and I've never once been disappointed. The way you are treated from the moment you enter to when you leave is second to none. Friendly, approachable and non pushy staff who are always happy to help however they can. A special thanks to Lewis Kearney who has just sold me another fantastic car with an unbelievable, competitive package, he truly is a gent who looks after the whole family. Coming to Arnold Clark, you won't be disappointed.. and I'll be back in 12 months for a car for the wife too!
Our experience with Arnold Clark was amazing! Having been to other dealerships, I can honestly say how refreshing it was to go here and not be pressurised or rushed to make a decision. Lewis made our whole experience really easy & more importantly enjoyable, from start to end. Lewis was really helpful & knowledgable giving us info about specific cars we liked and helped us reach the decision we made based on budget etc and we couldn’t be happier. Our whole experience was really enjoyable and would definitely recommend Arnold Clark to family/friends as well as others. Once we purchased the car, we also received great customer aftercare from Lewis, ensuring we were happy with our purchase and asked if we had any follow up questions. Other little nice touches were: - Videos of new car talking through features of car. This was really helpful when you buy a new car and everything is new. - Also the cleaning kit/ first aid kit in the boot we received was such good quality and appreciated so much. Been dealing with other competitive dealerships for over 10 years but nothing compares. Thank you Lewis for great customer service, approachable attitude and for helping us choose our dream car. We will definitely be returning once our car is up for renewal!! :-
Ste was such a helpful salesman, we turned up late on a Friday evening and he stayed after closing to assist us on picking our next vehicle. He then helped us narrow down our selection to suit our needs and arranged road tests for another date. Once we selected our car he was super helpful on making all our choices. Can't thank Steve aspinall for all his help! Absolutely amazing.
I visited the Liverpool store in hope to find a car I’ve been looking at online, where I was met by Lewis Kearney. From start to finish Lewis helped me in every way possible, Lewis worked overtime to accommodate me and help buy my dream car. This made the process a lot easier for me and smooth sailing. I recently bought a car from the Liverpool branch and the salesman Shane Sibanda was one of the best sales man I have ever came across. Walking in I wanted a car with specific requirements and to not exceed my budget. Shane’s knowledge and experience of the all the different cars available and what they have to offer is second to none. Would defiantly Recommend Shane to my friends and will be returning to him at Arnold Clark for further purchases
