When I showed interest in buying a car that were my best mate . Callum called me every other day an was very polite  . Bought a car an after 15 months not 1 call or nothing cos they had there money. Turbo blew on car which was only 16 month's old.  Warranty got cancelled an got told not to go there again.  Never ever will I go there again . In the car game meself an told 100s off family an friend's.

Very polite and professional staff. A pleasant waiting area with coffee and free Wi-Fi while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Efficient all round from booking to getting the car back. Reinforces what a good decision it was to get a Skoda in the first place.

Sat there for two hours waiting for our car getting serviced, no one even asked us if we were OK or offered us a cuppa. Its a lovely building warm and cozy waiting area but nobody smiles at you or bothers with you bad customer interaction cold atmosphere

Staff seemed uninterested in engaging with customers. Arrived and made to wait to even be acknowledged to then be told to “wait” yet again whilst someone came over. Salesman eventually came over and went to open the car we were interested in only to then find water in the sunglasses overhead storage compartment. Seemed very disorganised and not customer focused.
