Appalling and disgusting customer service at Nissan based in Sefton Street in Liverpool. One of the customer/sales advisors called Abbey was rude and even covered the mess up the mechanics had made in blowing up my radio. The radio was working before and she tried to tell me that I was having a bad luck day when this wasn't the case. I also noticed my car alarm was not put in back properly and the wires were loose. Do they care if the car even blows up? The bill was excessive for labour costs and this is very expensive especially for a dealers. I do not recommend customers to take their car for a MOT/Service and extra parts that need replacing. It is too damn expensive and the service is such a disgrace from a big car company like them. I won't be getting my car MOT'd, serviced or wanting some parts replacing by them. It is back to the independent garages. Avoid this place like the plague.

I have had the misfortune to talk with one of their used car salesperson today. I was interested in one of their cars and only requested a part exchange value on my vehicle. I was subjected to lecture on retail values of cars by a very rude, argumentative and blunt salesperson. I will not be lectured to in this manner when I in fact was trying to put business their way, he also practically could me a liar when I told him I'd had a part exchange value from Autotrader, in the end I told the employee that I was going to end the conversation has I was not prepared to argue with him and would not be shouted at

I contacted Nissan Liverpool on Friday(13th April) to enquire about a Nissan Qashqai I had seen on auto-trader. I was informed that the car would be ready for me to test drive the next morning. I arrived at the Liverpool Nissan garage after driving from North Wales and was unable to locate the car. I asked someone who appeared to work there for some help and he just pointed to a corner and said it will be over there. After finding the car I had to search for someone to get the keys so I could test drive it. Another man came over who appeared totally disinterested in helping me. The battery on the car was flat so I had to wait for him to charge it. I left the garage interested in the car but the service had put me off purchasing it. After looking around Liverpool I had a think and decided to ring and put a deposit on the car, this was at 3.30. I spoke to Dave and he said to ring back the next morning as they were closing. I rang the next morning(Monday) at 10.30 to be told the car had been sold subject to being accepted for finance. Dave said it didn’t look likely the Finance would go trough and that he would contact me this afternoon. Unfortunately I was not contacted so I rang back the next day(Tuesday) and spoke to Dave. He said the finance had still not been confirmed and he would ring me back as soon as it was/wasn’t. I still haven’t heard anything. It seems as though the salesman at Nissan Liverpool are not interested in selling any cars. I am very disappointed in the service at the Nissan garage and would discourage anyone against visiting. I have never experience such awful customer service

Service today knowledgable friendly staff. Software updated car valeted and put through car wash . Health check done waited longer than anticipated but hot coffee available and considering the road conditions surprised I made it at all. But was warm and comfy while I waited in reception with plenty of newspapers to keep me occupied which were provided by the garage. Next visit for MOT hope the weather is better.

Been in twice and the car still has the same fault. They didn't even try to fix it the first time because "we don't have any batteries" (for my key). Second time there were issues with dropping it off, reporting the fault, not being told it was ready (for days) and it's still not working properly. I am due a new car in a year and, despite being pleased with what I've got, I will never get a Nissan again so I can avoid this garage. I tell everyone about this experience. I would leave zero stars but Google will not let me
