I bought an audi a4 in January this year, a good review was given because the sales team were great and I was pleased with the car. However two months and less than 500 miles later the clutch is gone. I contacted georgesons to be told my £250 extended warranty wouldn't cover it and they would only find me a garage to fix it. I didnt rant and rave about it but felt quite aggrieved to say the least  so i rang round a few garagers in my local area and found a clutch centre who would repair it for a similar price. Im now left two months in with a £700 bill. I know georgesons never intentionally sold me a car with a worn out clutch so I wouldn't expect them to pay for the total cost. So come on georgesons in front of your future buyers who read these reviews that your a fair trader of cars and you'll pay half the bill with me. I'll even write a review on Facebook to show you've been as good after sale as you were before sale.       Allan

I visited the dealership yesterday and was eventually spoken to by a member of the sales team who said he would go and get me a set of keys. 20 minutes later he still hadn’t come back. I saw him speaking to another customer. He had clearly forgotten about me

excellent  independent family atmosphere car dealers. We took our two cars in to trade against a decent second hand one. We achieved the same price as the webuyanycar offer which will as we all know decrease significantly when you arrive at their office. Steve the salesman was well helpful and an honest  good humoured guy for a second hand car salesman ;) we managed to drive the car away the same day which is an achievement in itself with all the paperwork/tax/insurance... Well done George son's.
