Food was brilliant for all of us the staff were attentive and found out about allergens and very helpful throughout. The atmosphere was good. It is a nice cosy set pub in a small village and very dog friendly which is a must for us having come on holiday with the dog.... I am looking forward to returning in the future : A side note to mention is that the steak was a bit overdone for my liking however with the chips and everything else being excellent I'm not too worried about this small detail. Overall friendly and attentive staff that were absolutely brilliant, atmosphere was good and the food was excellent.
Good lunch and o. Tuesdays there is an offer for 2 lunchtime main meals for £20. Good quality food nice rural setting and fabulous pub overall.Service: 5/5
Live in the village, easy to get to on foot. Lovely staff. Very nice meal. Well presented. Good quality produce used. Prices better than Rock or Padstow.Service: 4/5
Friday evening visit and quiet with diners. I Had the beetroot gnocchi at £19.50 for a main was beautifully presented but maybe better as a starter as not really a complete main dish and 6 pieces of gnocchi and 3 pieces of beetroot didn't feel good value at all. Monkfish curry at £26 tasty but missing a poppadoms! Average wine list and pricey.
Mothers day treat for the family today. As always the staff and service were brilliant quick and efficient. Also aware and considerate of the children without being patronising. We had a few issues with a couple of our meals. I could put a negative review and comment but the situation was dealt with so kindly and with no fuss whatsoever and the issue was accepted by ourselves and the staff as just bad luck. Mother's day was not ruined and we ended up having a most scrummy roast and pudding. Just wanted to say thank you xx

We had a fantastic meal at St Tudy. The staff were excellent and attentive, felt very looked after. There were 12 of us and all the food was out together and tasted excellent. I had the venison which was delicious. Will definitely be back when we're in the area again.
Enjoyed a fabulous sunday lunch today. Service was excellent. Food was of a fabulous standard and our cocktail finished off our meal just nicely. We definitely be back again real soon.Service: 5/5
