The worst KFC in the UK! Drive through is permanently closed and it is sorely understaffed. You can guarantee they've always sold out of at least three things and the service is questionable. Saying that, it's clear that the main issue is that the staff have been consistently let down with training, support and supplies and they do seem to try their best.

Don't drive through, it takes too long, its quicker to go in aand get served at counter. Zinger burger was good, fries only warm

Bit of a wait, but also didn't know what number we were as the ticket printed out in two halfs. Hence the four stars. Plus this is not designed very well for amount of people waiting.

Limited menu fair enough. Service mediocre. Really really bland chicken. May as well call the hot wings just plain wings and the skin we all love tasted of nothing.

Very disappointing visit. They had run out of just about all sides, the only one they had left was coleslaw and it was snowing outside so everyone was looking for warm food. I love KFC gravy and was very disappointed that there wasn't any. There was a 25 mins wait for food. Many people came in and then left straight away due to wait and lack of choice. The food was unimpressive. It was only just warm so not sure why we had to wait as should have been piping hot if it was fresh. The whole place was dirty the tables and floors had lots of bits of food and rubbish all around. I cleaned our table myself. Not a nice experience
