We ate at Bodmin KFC a few times in the past. I was always happy and satisfied with their services. Today 19/05/2024 the staff who served me was not very helpful and doubtful when I asked some advice if I can use my blue light card she replied you can but you have to connect it to your KFC app? In the past as long as I showed my app/ card to them they honoured it with no quibble at all. This time she insisted I have to connect my blue light card with my KFC app. I had problem not her problem to log in as I can't remember what email address I used for my blue light card. So I stood nearby the counter like a lemon for a while trying to connect my two apps I missed out a lot of rewards in the past because I live 30 minutes away from Bodmin. If the restaurant was busy I can understand why she can't help or assist me. But it was quite and the other things I did not like was her facial expressions and body language. She made me feel awkward and embarrassed. Of course I can afford to buy KFC without asking for discounts. I just feel I had to prove to her I am not fraud and begging for discounts just for the sake of it? I did not get her name but she's the only one wearing glasses today. Drove 2 hours to get to KFC bodmin 16/6/24 went through drive in......sat there for ages but no one spoke so drove to next window hoping to order there and was told by a young boy we had to go round again .. disgusting ....we had already been waiting for ages .. I am disabled and decided to struggle out the car to go in and order .... loads of young staff were on shift..... one male stood there staring and singing while customs was waiting ... sorry to say you don't even deserve 1 star ... after receiving our food it was cold and disgusting 4 pieces of chicken hardly had any meat on them and what meat on them was dry had loads of fat skin and bone..... to salty and peppery and the chips was disgusting cold even my dog would not eat them ... shame on you bodmin....
If there was a zero star i would use it. Ordered through kfc app, didn't get correct order, wrong food. Rang bodmin kfc, spoke to female shift manager 9th may at 8.15pm she basically said it was uber fault the food was wrong...how is this possible? The mangers only solution was to give us a discount code to use the next time we order on line, couldn't stop laughing....we are now without the food we paid for. Daylight robbery..
Everytime you visit this KFC you will be waiting way beyond normal time even for minimal items, even then you are given the wrong items. 1 member of staff there who is consistently fantastic, with great customer service. However today I was waiting 18 minutes for my 2 items and the girl calling numbers out didn't even say the right number for mine so it sat there unclaimed for another 5 minutes. Sound like a Karen but genuinely the worst experience every time. Need to up their game
Absolutely filthy, bins overflowing, food and rubbish over the floor and toilets not much better. If that's the areas you can see, what are the ones that you can see like? Food order touch screens did not have full menu on there so had to use counter ordering which took the best part of 30 minutes to do and get our food Had run out of bottles of drink and food was barely average.
I've had poor service from here but yesterday was great! Ordered on Ap, so much chicken, I was stuffed. Food piping hot all for £4.49. Well done.Food: 5/5
Called up to ask if their Krushem machine was working before I set off from home as it’s a 20 min drive. They said yes on the phone so I drove here and the guy behind the counter says they don’t sell them at this one I said I just called and you said you had a machine here and it works to which another woman came over and said the machine is broken absolute shambles.
Can’t fault it even though we went in there on a Friday night during rush hour the food was quick despite them being very busy. It was delicious, perfectly cooked and hot what more could you wantFood: 5/5
Normally really enjoy my KFC from Bodmin. However had a boneless bucket for the family today, and it was extremely peppery? As thought someone doubled the seasoningFood: 2/5
I cannot give any stars the food was dry the service was slow because the children who run it were dancing around and joking with eachother while customers were waiting ages to give their orders the atmosphere was childish
