Cannot believe after ordering £150 worth of KFC through the KFC app and waiting an hour and a half, we were told they had run out of chicken. That wasn't a typo, they ran out of chicken. What did they think they were going to be selling? Horrific service, simply don't bother.
Shut drive thru at 20:25 despite me already being in it, worker walked past shaking head. Rude. Knowbody in restaraunt. No excuse to not take my order. Not at all busy. Why lose a £30 order. Surely makes more sense to keep drive thru open than the restaurant . Crazy
Everytime you visit this KFC you will be waiting way beyond normal time even for minimal items, even then you are given the wrong items. 1 member of staff there who is consistently fantastic, with great customer service. However today I was waiting 18 minutes for my 2 items and the girl calling numbers out didn't even say the right number for mine so it sat there unclaimed for another 5 minutes. Sound like a Karen but genuinely the worst experience every time. Need to up their game
Just got take away from KFC, only been here a select few times over the years and each time it's been incredibly slow service and abrupt.nnWhilst waiting for food we look in and see chicken all over the floor, just things in dissaray - boxes everywhere and generally a mess.nNot 1 of the 7 staff that were in the window had gloves on, in preparing food, majority had flour/food all over their uniform, one chap was rubbing his nose and then proceeded to prepare food.nIt was so off putting, and the bag was flung out the window, no napkins, cutlery etcnnWe then saw more staff out the back smoking and emptying bins, with no PPE and let's face it after what we just witnessed, I highly doubt they went in to wash their hands before continuing with their next tasks.nnNeedless to say we won't be returning!
The drive in box was broken except for voice. The woman on sunday night 8.30 1st dec was so hostile, agressive talking fast and rude. She also didnt understand the difference between a portion and a piece.i asked three portions hot wings, she gave 3 pieces so i had to go thru again, took her several goes to understand i needed 3 more pieces as there are 2 in a portion. No apology. Same ratty voice. Then i go to window where a slack mouthed youth stood also fast talking rude, no niceties. I hVe never come across this at bodmin kfc before theyre usually lovely. But these 2 were a piece of work. It was empty too, god help the public if theirs a panic on. So rude
