A country pub just the way it should be. Honest, welcoming, great conversation, top-notch food, drinks, pool, and a chill atmosphere. I’m so glad I found this place. Two thumbs up—thanks for the great time. I don't know if I'll ever be back this way, but if I am, I'll definitely stop by again
Visited most pubs locally while on Holiday .This one is head and shoulders above the rest .Great quality tasty food .There was a lovely warm welcome and the pub has a great atmosphere .Dog friendly .
The pub is absolutely beautiful, the staff are friendly and the food is absolutely amazing you get a good amount of, highly recommended and most definitely will be visiting again.
Amazing village pub, we went twice during our stay in St maybn. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, reasonably priced. Food was amazing, the Sunday carvery is one of the best we've ever had plenty to choose from.nIndoor and outdoor space, Pool table and darts board avaliable. Perfect evenings out for us.
We drove down from Surrey to experience what we were told was the best roast dinner!! It didn’t disappoint.nBar staff were very helpful and welcoming. The pub has a really cozy atmosphere. What I would call a proper pub.nnMassive portions of meat and all the trimmings. The lamb was exceptional and some of the most tender I have ever had.nnGreat experience. We will be back!
