Trying some ready meals to try to keep prep and cooking time down, astonishingly delicious mousakka ! Well done! better than marks.ans sparks and about half the price...very impressed hope the rest will be as good.
Very good prices, friendly staff and obliging at the Bodmin store, I asked for some Astonish Glass Cleaner that was advertised and they hadn't got out on the shelves yet and they went to to the back store and got it for me. They haven't got a public toilet but if you are caught short they will let you use the staff toilet. An extensive range of frozen chips far cheaper than any supermarkets and great offers on frozen vegetables.
Selection of food is excellent, I found many foods that I forgot existed. Bulk deals are good offers. 80% of food here is frozen, so make sure to bring freezer bags, as they had sold out of their own freezer bags. Outside in the car park there is a barnicotts pasty shop, excellent pasties and so worth a visit.
Got a few bargains and used the vouchers I received on a flyer put through the letter box from the postman. Saved another extra £5 off the bill as well. Pleased customer.
Even though there is few staff, they're always helpful, even pushing a heavy trolley to my car for me. I used the App for the 1st time & for a technologically challenged person, I found it easy! I was able to even use 2 voucher codes for the one transaction. The pricing is competetive & I even make purchases for elderly parents 250 miles away for when I can eventually see them as they do not have transport to bulk buy heavy or bulky purchases.
Excellent value for money for many products, many of the offers compare favourably on price with local Iceland, Asda etc. BUT chronically understaffed - it is not at all unusual for there to be several people waiting at the checkout, and no-one there to serve customers. For that reason, and that reason alone, I can only give 2 stars. Shame really.
Staff helpful and I found what i needed at a decent price.
Love to shop at this shop great prices and can fill my freezer for 30 quid. Not to keen on some of the staff, one lady in there never smiles looks like someone slapped her with a defrosted fish fillet.. but hey.
Helpful polite staff good parking. Staff are also amazing, large shop but whatever you asked for they took you straight to it. Cheers John. Manager
Lots of bargains to sort all. Can't do full shop there. They do a savings card. And you can download vouchers for money off when you spend a certain amount
