General aroma of sewage around the hotel only provided one set of towels for a room with 2 people staying. Was told this is apparently common practice but never seen this in another Premier inn. Better experienice at st Austel which isn't that much further on.

Perfect stop over to start our holiday refreshed and fed and watered. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Good clean cozy rooms. Restaurant was short of staff. Giving order was a mission. Simple food would in general come 40 mins after order. Most restaurant staff was not welcoming. One name in particular was Ms Heather. Some staff was really good. All other staff was very nice and professional.

2 night stay.First night food was slow getting to table no garnish very bland on plate.Second night food looked lovely and much speedier service even though resturant was busy.Staff was friendly and efficient.

Great location next to an Asda and OFF. Nice clean modern rooms and good meal deal package.
