I requested a genuinely spicy pizza and was helped by a lovely member of staff named Andrew in the restaurant. He was friendly, professional, and took the request seriously, which I really appreciated—thank you, Andrew.nThe delivery was handled by Carlos, and it was impressively fast. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The pizza itself was spot on: properly spicy, full of flavour, and clearly made with care.nOverall, I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience—from ordering, to service, to delivery. Fantastic teamwork all round, and easily one of the best Domino’s experiences I’ve had.
everytime i’ve had the misfortune of ordering from here, the service and/or delivery is shocking and the food is painfully average. they still owe me money from an order that i never received and the managers i’ve dealt with have been patronising and plain rude; telling me i was “putting words in his mouth” and it was “my fault not his”. another time, i rang up because my food hadn’t come in over an hour and the young man on the phone apathetically spoke over me, telling me the order hadn’t come through and promptly hung up. no efficient management or customer service in sight. not too sure how it’s still open, if i’m honest. i’m not usually one to leave reviews but seriously don’t waste your time or money.
The pizzas are really delicious and all the staff is friendly especially the breathtaking young woman with the red hairs and golden-brown eyes who really seems to be a pro. Unfortunately we were staying only two weeks in Cornwall otherwise we would order here a pizza all year round at least once a week. I give Domino's 4 stars because there is some space for improvement: we ordered 5 times several pizza two of them with burger sauce but they forgot the sauce 3 times. Fortunately I checked the pizza outside the store and they could add it. But this shouldn't really happen. Otherwise the pizza would deserve 5 stars.
Full of young lads messing around been waiting over 30 minutes for them to correct my order hopefully 3rd time lucky.I'm still waiting.nThe young lads are in the back swearing very loudly. Not impressed.
We have ordered vegetarian pizza but received non-veg. We sent images and made a complaint but manager is alleging we took from pictures from internet and not ready to accept the mistake. We’re vegetarian and do not eat non-vegetarian due to religious reason. So it’s very unfair and such a shameful gesture from this store.
