It has the products we all need but at cheaper prices which is very useful on these days.nStaff are very helpful and friendly and the place itself is always clean and tidy.nI would definitely recommend a visit to explore their products and services.
The food is okay but the staff are just rude and abrupt and try to rush people through the self checkouts and just don't have basic manners in the way they talk to people. No please. No thank you. Interestingly they are friendly and smile but only to their colleagues but never to the customers. In summary okay products but shockingly bad customer service. I'll go somewhere else in future.
Lovely staff members and shop well furnished. Shop is clean, and parking can be a problem for disabled because some people park in disable bay, which in turn makes it difficult for us.
I bough a carpet cleaner a week ago. I came home and it didnt work at all. No charging completly. I asked before buying if it possible to return it as I wanted to see if its good first and the staff told me of course with reciept. At home it turn out that its completly broken and doesnt even charged. I came yesterday to Lidl to return it and the staff told me first to wait so I did shopping. When I came to counter I asked again if I can return they said yes but first just to scan my shopping first and after that they do this. I did shopping first after that they told me actually they not takes return anymore!!! Even the caroet cleaner wasn't even used as it didnt work. I had to carry back home all all the heavy grocery shopping plus the heavy caroet cleaner. Despite I am pregnant and it was difficult for me to even walk with all this staff. I am very dissapointed about the customer service and I will report it.
Affordable prices, self checkouts, good for doing a small shop. I do like the lidl plus app with the digital card and coupons, fresh orange juice available. The bakery items that were available where great quality for the prices plus 30% off when checkout between 7 to 23:59pm using the app.nnHowever let down in other areas, it was very busy between 6 and 7pm almost overwhelming, maybe going an earlier time will have more stock. Majority of bakery items gone aswell as alot of freezer products, some areas untidy.
