I like this store a lot... Affordable decent quality products in one place... There are cute gift ideas like city ked candles, essential oil gifts... Easy to carry and unique to London.. love the cafe on the top floor... Staff, with the exception of one gentleman, is quite rude... So, if they are nowhere to be found or refusing to take an order, go downstairs to the food section, grab a salad or sandwich and a smoothie, and eat at the cafe.

Incredible place with nice staff. I love the holiday items they have. I always pick up a snack from here. The cheese is great. I got this fancy Cornish cheddar with truffle and honey and it was pricey but worth it. I also love the baby clothes section, there is a huge selection with really attractive prices for the quality.

Went to Marble Arch Branch of Marks and Spencer  specifically to get mens autograph products, 3  members of staff, all mature male was so helpful and helped me find everything that I required,  so happy with the service that these 3 gave, sorry didn't get their names but all worked on menswear department.  Thank you for a very pleasant  and professional experience.

I am very dissatisfied with customer service within marks and Spencer’s BUT I visited your branch in Marble Arch and was trying on a pair of trainers a wonderful bubbly assistant was walking through the shoe department and we chatted about my choice of trainer it was Thursday 7th November around 11:30am I didn’t get her name but she made the difference. Great service.

Flagship store? Earls Colne was better.nCame here to try on tailored coats. Poor style selection and even poorer size range. Are they trying to push us online? I really wanted to try coats on. Left VERY disappointed
