Came in around 9 pm on a Wednesday evening to get a few missing items at the food hall on my way home, so there was only one self service till open. Someone was using it and I asked the staff this is the only open one and they said yes. So I waited politely for her to finish. Then when I started checking out, an employee came up and told me that the till was closed. Bear in mind this being the only open one that someone JUST used. Then she saw that I was already checking out because no it was not closed. After that, with no other people around aside from me until then and the solitary person checking out in front of me, I watched her open three different tills for other people. As you can see from the photo, seems like discrimination. Or reverse discrimination, however you want to term. She was also asking commenting on these other peoples purchases about how beautiful and wonderful they were who buys shoes at M&S???

Went into the Marble Arch store today to buy a suit for my sons prom. We was greeted by the suit fitter Mousa. What an incredible experience we had from start to finish. He knew what colours and style would suit my son from the start and was so helpful. What an asset he is to your company. Thank you so much!

Given that the Emans brand is globally recognised as a reputable and high-quality establishment—and as a regular customer myself—it is with significant concern that I report my recent experience at the London branch located opposite Selfridges.nnIn the Food Hall Basement Floor, where ready-made items such as salads and sandwiches are sold, the standards of hygiene and quality control are extremely inadequate. This is particularly alarming in the United Kingdom, where such matters are subject to strict legal regulation and oversight.nnOn two separate occasions once approximately three months ago and once very recently, I purchased a ready-made Classic Salad from this branch. On one of these occasions, I discovered two pieces of stone inside the packaged salad, which resulted in damage to my tooth. This constitutes a serious breach of food safety standards and presents a clear risk to consumer health.nnEven more concerning was the conduct of the management team, particularly an individual identified as Mr Farhan. The following issues were clearly observed:nn* Unprofessional and dismissive behaviour, including failure to respond to a basic greetingn* Lack of accountability and refusal to properly address the complaintn* Attempting to resolve the matter with only a superficial apology, despite the fact that dental treatment in the UK can cost in excess of £2000n* Failure of managers to engage directly, instead remaining in a back room and internally discussing how to contain the situation rather than addressing it transparentlynnI must emphasise the following:nnDamage to a tooth is not a matter that can be dismissed with a simple apology.nFood safety and consumer health are fundamental obligations of any food retailer.nThe lack of hygiene standards and managerial responsibility at this branch is deeply concerning and unacceptable.nnAs a result, I will be pursuing this matter through formal legal channels, as it directly concerns consumer safety, health, and legal rights.nnCustomers are strongly advised to exercise caution when purchasing from this location.nnTHE LEVEL OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND HYGIENE STANDARDS AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS EXTREMELY POOR.

I cannot recommend M&S bra fitting service at Marble Arch enough.  Kay was outstanding and the whole experience was respectful and dignified, with excellent advice. I’ve been wearing the wrong size forever.  Turns out size is little to do with volume and everything to do with placement! Thank you Kay and Claudia.  You were wonderful.
