Incredible place with nice staff. I love the holiday items they have. I always pick up a snack from here. The cheese is great. I got this fancy Cornish cheddar with truffle and honey and it was pricey but worth it. I also love the baby clothes section, there is a huge selection with really attractive prices for the quality.

I just love Marks and Spencer. The standard has never changed.nThe store is very organised well stocks clean and tidy.  A lovely café with a good variety of sandwiches, cakes, and hot food. Food's  situated on the ground floor, the quality of the food products what can I say. You pay for what you get. I think it's worth it. Staff are always willing to help and go to the extra mile. Toilet Located on the 3rd and the ground floor.

One of the biggest M&S in London where I have just bought thermal tops  and lovely chocolate light up  house tins Unfortunately, We have no more M&S stores in France. We still can buy online but it is much better to try clothes on. Having a warm cup of tea and a piece of carrot or Victoria cake is also appreciated during the very cold days we had last weekend.

Staff. I get that it's busy and not everyone is the nicest however I tried my best to be polite and understanding. When walking past staff I did the human decent thing and said sorry and excuse me. Your staff however barged past me pushing me into the rails without even saying a word. Not only that but the changing room staff where rude and dismissive when trying to hand back my items and number it was snatched without a thank you. What a pack of manners. Considering you have chosen to work with the public at least treat us with the same decency I tired my best to show you knowing your stress.

This is the most incredible M&S location. It’s huge and has everything you could possibly want! The clothing selection is excellent and the grocery section has an amazing selection of items. Definitely a personal favourite!
