Really nice medium size Waitrose in the heart of Chiswick. Selection of all grocery and products you need. Staff is friendly and helpful. New check out system is very efficient and fast.
Our favourite food shop in Chiswick for quality, stock, staff.nnBut the new self check-out system and stations are beyond hopeless. No-one seems to know quite where to put their bags, what to put where, when to change from one bag to another. There is a constant flashing up on the screen for assistant help.nnPlease sort this. It is a real deterrent to shoppers. If M & S and Sainsburys can do it, Waitrose too should be able to have a self check-out system that does not intimidate or irritate customers.
Medium sized Waitrose on Chiswick High Street. This Waitrose has a decent amount of selection and availability is pretty good. Prices may be a little higher than others but not too bad. It always seems to be busy and Does feel a little cramped. Check out is efficient and queues are low and at a minimal. Good help from staff as well.
This branch really needs to get their act together. There is often only one person, sometimes nobody on the actual tills. Not everyone wants to use self checkout. I often feel like I’m treated as an inconvenience for wanting an actual person to scan my shopping. They just don’t seem to care that much about their customers
Arrived at 10.15 on Sunday, the shop was closed, and some staff were talking with each other. After I had a coffee nearby and went back at 10.50. The shop was still closed, with no notice outside.nCheck your correct opening time and change it in Google Map, or at least write a notice and put it on the door.nThank you for wasting my Sunday.
