I went to this big supermarket for the first time this afternoon, my friend leads me. I will have to come back because there are many things for surveyI liked to see what each supermarket has/has not and price. Before I come, I have seen the menu of grill sweet chillies and found it here. The cabbage is needed to weigh at cash/card machine. The barcode on receipt is needed to be scan when exit.

Absolutely fab sntaff. Happy to help. Found everything I needed. Using the Lidl Plus card is great. Staff member was wonderful as the, self service kept prompting a staff member to help..,11,,/10 patience, great customer care. Ak2

Terrible customer service, I accidentally forgot a piece of bakery on the till and when I called for assistance the lady working there was completely rude and looked at me bluntly and made me count how many pieces I got and when I told her how many there are she looked at me bluntly and told me to count again and there was one piece that I putted 1 instead of 2 , I told her I’m sorry I didn’t concentrate when I was doing it because my mother was the one that puted 2 instead of one . And she just silently left and looked me up and down . Oh and also while I was on till she was staring at me the whole time like is there something wrong?? Completely rude never going back to Lidle ever again . They have good cheap stuff but the service there is absolutely disgusting.

Great store, but I thought the staff members should know:nnToday 06/02/25 at around 19:01, I noticed this woman stop at the fresh nuts section, she opened the top and grabbed some peanuts out with her bare hands and consumed them straightaway, not even using the scoop provided. Nor did she even put them in a bag, she just ate it out of her hands.nnI thought this should be brought to attention as its very unhygienic as other people need to scoop their own, whereas she touched them with her bare hands after putting some packaged tomatoes in her basket. Please review CCTV if needed, I have provided the date and time above and would suggest having a word with her if she ever comes in again.

Poor customer service.nMy husband was required to tap his card again because the automated till didn't print a receipt. He used his authorised user card under mine. Contacted lidl customer service and no resolution for more than a month. Went to the store personally and was told by the security guard to line up to the till I thought, so this store doesn't have a manager for this concerns?. The manager then told me it was declined regardless showing 2 charges posted on my account. He told me to call my bank and agreed to file as fraud. nHe then asked me to speak to another staff, now I thought she's another manager who can resolve it. And she said the same thing, to call my bank because for data protection, they can't see the charge. So they don't have a system to check their sales transaction and processing refund? The customer service I contacted could have told me that first thing.nNo ownership or anything. Atleast the customer service personnel through email apologised for the inconvenience but the staff in this store? Nothing.
