Richer Sounds Chiswick has probably delivered the best customer experience I have ever been given. Conor made sure that my purchase was bespoke to my requirement understanding exactly what I needed. He kept me informed all the way and delivered me an unbeatable package (literally). I would always use Richer Sounds, because of the fantastic service and can't recommend it highly enough over other competitors. I have already encouraged others to shop at this branch. Thank you again!

Fantastic customer service!!! Wanted to purchase a sound-bar phoned store over New Year’s Day left message soon as store opened phone staff phoned me back made appointment for demonstration on the day. Spent over an hour going through the various sound bars nothing was too much trouble, staff knowledge was excellent about all the various sound bars. Purchased a Yamaha with discount. Unfortunately when took the sound bar home and set up there was a fault, phone store the following morning and returned the item with full refund. That is customer service and value, I would say other customer focus organisation should get training from Richer Sounds about how to treat customers regardless of the size of the customers wallet.

Helpful staff. Turned out the amp I chose had the worst excuse for Spotify connect there is so would have been nice if they had known that and warned me first but guess it's hard knowing all the ins and outs of all the stock they keep. They did swap the amp out for me, I just paid the difference between my original bundle I chose and the new. Through out this all they were very courteous. They also matched the price of one of their competitors.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Honestly better service than anywhere else I have been. This is the go-to place for finding someone to help you make the right consumer decision.

I bought a TV from richer sounds and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us useful and honest advice on the TV and we're very happy with our purchase.
