Pathetic customer service, staff just milling around and seem genuinely disappointed when approached, then just fob you off to another equally unimpressed member of staff who’s enthusiasm for their job is only surpassed by their lack of knowledge on actual products. The icing on the nightmare experience is the ridiculous waiting time to pay them money so you can leave. With employees like this I can see why their online service is so popular.

Good service and they let me bring my bike in (it was slow at the time). They had more phones in stock than the website indicated. The person I worked with was not pushy at all, and was knowledgeable.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and not trying to force a sale. Great range of products and fair pricing. I was out with a new laptop very quickly.

I went in to buy a phone case. I was totally ignored, and when I did get the attention of a staff member they disappeared on me. Stores must ask themselves why people go online for goods now. Well the answer is so we don't have to engage with rude and disinterested staff members.

Very Bad service. Was told yesterday to come back for my laptop at 9am. I came intentionally late then wad told to come back in an hour. Came back in an hour, was told to come back next day. What a waste lf time. I even missed half day of work. Talked to manager and did not even apologised.
