Quick repair. They did not have coral blue in stock for my s7 edge but offered to recolour the phone at no extra cost when it would normally cost an extra 60 pounds! Very happy with the way it looks. Hopefully you won't have to get your phone repaired but if you do then go to iSmash.

Absolutely abysmal service. Came in with my phone on the 3rd of Jan, which wasn't turning on and they said they would run a diagnostic and get back to me within 48 hours and since the parts weren't available they ordered the parts in front of me. They said I would be contacted by Saturday with details about my device. Went to the store to check out what the status was and was tended to by the rudest staff ever, he acted like I was being a bother and told me arrogantly that my phone was opened by a technician and it would need a new battery which had been ordered and once it was sorted I would be messaged...when I asked for a tentative timeline he was clueless! Got an email 2 days later from somebody in-store who said My phone had been opened by a technician and they ran a diagnostic and they couldn't find parts to fix it (contrary to what had been said on Saturday). Went and picked up my phone and asked them about what happened. They said to me "Oh we don't know where the parts are". Waste of time, money and constant chasing. They promise you exceptional, quick service and 'peace of mind' and instead waste your time and lie to you.

Really helpful, professional service. My phone was smashed to bits and after they ordered the parts in (that arrived within a couple of hours) and getting the work done I had a fully functional phone again. Needless to say I'm a happy camper and would use again (though praying I don't have to 🙈)

Eveything from booking my initial appointment to arriving was very; quick, clearly explained and comforting. The staff were very friendly. Insuring me of the issues within the phone, down to how long it would take to be fixed. At receiving my phone after a very short while of an hour, I was definetly happy with the outcome. All in all I was a very happy customer at the end of it all.

Been there this morning, amazing service, very professional. They went the extra mile fixing smaller issues other than the screen without extra charge. The manager in store was also very nice and friendly. Recommended 100%
