Drove for 40 minutes to trade my PS4 in. Got there and the manager Yousef nonchalantly informed me that they wernt taking any trade ins because they were understaffed. I asked him when am I supposed to know that they're going to be sufficiently staffed to take my console, he just shrugged. Slick operation. Take your business elsewhere.

the staff care so much for their costumers and will do mosly anything to make them happy would defo recommend to other people thank you game for your loverly customer service !
