Bose Flagship Store

rubbish customer service, went to just get replacement in the ear buds for earphones and staff rudely comented they ‘can’t be opening packs for me to try the correct size’. Well, I wasn’t there wasting time unless I needed my expensive gear to work (which I do love). So I would avoid visiting the store and transact online. Lesson learnt for me. I am not surprised with the bad reviews here! good luck to Bose running a flagship store with rude staff!

Exceptionap staff who know what they are talking about. Good prices comparable to other stores. Customer service and service was really good.

A store must do two basic things right: enable customers to purchase products, and offer support to whatever a customer already purchased. Bose can’t do any of those right. Its there just so people don’t forget the brand exists.
