Three

Had experiences before where people have been not helpful in phone stores. This store in particular was so extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me and it feels so nice to come here. This is why I choose Three and the Ealing store has been my favourite. Ahmed thanks so much for helping me. I was tired of the kerfuffle I had in a diffefent store, you really made a difference. Thank you from a 12 year old customer

I received great service yesterday at the Ealing store. The whole process was quick and efficient, I was served by Deepti who listened to what I wanted and was able to set up my contract without any hassle. Would definitely recommend as I don't normally like going into phone stores but it was painless yesterday 😊

Recently went in to ask around for a good deal. The customer service in this store is fantastic. It's very refreshing to actually do the talking instead of being talked to. The staff talk to you to find out what you really need, instead of obviously trying to get you to buy something they want to sell you, regardless of what you really want. They are also very knowledgeable with the features of all the main flagships from the manufacturers. They were showing Samsung-specific features and Sony-specific features that was important to me. That's just superb! Three have really started to turn around their bad reputation and if they continue to do so, they just might have a long time customer in me.

My SIM card stopped working, got a new one from this shop for free with very little hassle. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The worst customer service ever!!! The girl from stuff act totally unprofessional and rude: don't know how to work with documents and refuse as apply for contract. After her coleg fix that and make the simple scanning for documents!!!, Amost ask my fiance for his number and talk in my face with her colegs about how hot is my future husband. !!! I never see something like this even in small shops. .. and this is Three Mobile store! !!! I never gonna go in Three or with Three mobility for nothing !! Just becouse of this! I have a Three Mobil contracts and now i leaved!!! I'm going to O2!!!
