"Established in 1972, Atlantic Electrics has been in business for over 45 years, and is still owned and run by the original family members!Originally based in Willesden Green, North London, we repaired and sold TV's from a small shop on the High Road. As the home entertainment industry exploded during the 80's and 90's we remained at the cutting edge. At the start of the 00's we expanded further with the creation of a dedicated DJ business in the heart of London - Westend DJ.The current head office and warehouse was acquired in 2000 and is now the flagship store for the company covering TV, audio, home appliances, Kitchen furniture store and smart home."

It’s rare that I’ve experienced good customer service, especially in the UK. Be it large organisations or small businesses, big purchases or small, it’s seldom you feel the person has given you sufficient time and genuinely wants to find the best solution for your needs. More often than not, the service feels ‘salesy’ and disingenuous. At times, as though you’re a burden to them. Between Dilip and Rinesh, their knowledge of products and willingness to go out of their way to assist was brilliant. They make you feel welcome and as if you are at home. They could comfortably justify charging more on this basis however their pricing remains competitive. If you’re searching for kitchen appliances and electrical goods, I would definitely recommend Atlantic. First time leaving a review as I felt compelled to share my experience.
Very happy with purchase . We were served well by Rinesh. Highly recommended.
The showroom is conveniently located in NW London, with ample free parking on-site. They stock a wide range of Appliances, AV equipment, DJ Equipment, TV's, bespoke German, Italiand and English Kitchens and so much more.
I cannot praise this company enough, Shamoon is the most helpful and dedicated person and went over and above to help.

Really poor service in every sense of the word from start to beginning. Had a fault with my TV which was acknowledged yet returned not fixed. Along with a nice new dent and scratch in the frame caused by the delivery/collection team. They took no responsibility, lied and didn't respond to or answer calls to discuss the issue. Thankfully the company at which I bought the television and who sent my TV off to this amateur service have now replaced my TV with a brand new one after investigating my case and acknowledging this companies lies. I do hope they are getting compensation via through this company. Don't be fooled by the reviews most likely another scam. And if you're having an item collected I advise do not do so you'll never have seen a pair that behave and look more amateur than these muppets. And I can guarantee your item returning in worst shape than when it left.
They provided in depth information on what would be the ideal Television for me. With so many options available, it was very difficult to understand the technical specs for each model as every brand uses their own acronyms. The staff helped me understand this fully which made my decision easier. The deliver arrived on time and the guys who delivered it were very helpful in getting my Television into my home to the desired location. Overall a very very professional service from start to finish
We recently bought a flat and was recommended Atlantic Electrics by our kitchen fitters. We ended up buying a total of 7 appliances with them and the process from beginning to end was smooth. I spoke to Rinesh over email, who gave me alternative options and was really helpful when it came to advice with additional cover etc. All in all a great experience and already looking to purchase smaller appliances with them! Would definitely recommend.
Atlantic Electrics supplied me with 6 appliances for our new home. Not only were they able to get the exact models I was after but at the best price too. Great communication and service and I was kept full up to date with items which needed to be ordered in. Delivery was on time and without any hassle. Will definitely use them again for any future purchases
Superb product knowledge. Unparalleled choices. Having scoured the market for trusted advice for sound, AV, media and automation advice, these guys wipe the floor with the competition. Forget the likes of Richer Sounds, these guys really know their stuff and make it simple to understand and work to individual budgets. After sales care is just as exemplary. Cannot recommend them enough.
