Super friendly staff, great expertise. I attended one of the Leica workshop sessions during which you are given a basic introduction to photography on Leica, get answers to any question you might have and you even get to run through the city with any Leica model you'd like. Effectively a best practice example for any high-end retailer.

Lovely store with a coffee shop opposite. Really great for checking out the latest gear, whether cameras, lens, binoculars, wrist straps, other accessories. They've got a decent selection of Ona bags, t-shirts and various photography books. Staff are really helpful. Bring an SD card and have a test!

Not as good as they should be given the expectations of their products. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund for a faulty new camera. Well, I had to twice as even the replacement model quickly failed. Their history of customers service, repair delays and costs are unacceptable.
