I came into this store with an appointment and was served by Masi (Italian gentleman), he was extremely helpful, very kind and positive and provided me with all the information which I needed. No question was too silly for him and I left feeling confident that a solution could be found and dealt with swiftly with his help. He's an amazing staff member and an asset to the company. Very knowledgeable and when I return, hope to be served by him again.

Unresponsive, uncommunicative and a general nightmare to deal with. It's day 5 of my '3-5 day repair time'. I've tried calling three times to find out what's going on, and each time I'm on hold for 15 minutes before being disconnected. Bearing in mind the repair in question is attaching a new plastic key-cap to an in-warranty mac-book. Considering how busy their armies of staff seem to be in the store, I'm not 100% sure what's happening there. Seems like I'm not the only one either, going off these reviews. Pretty bad, apple.

Booked an appointment days in advance to swap a battery in an Iphone 6s. I was assured the battery will be swapped while wait. When i finally got tseen i was told its too late in a day and have to come back some other day. Also they don’t guarantee that the new battery will work better if the old one has above 80% capacity left in it. Literary they made me sign no refund on battery as mine had fantastic 82% capacity left. Well disappointed with the poor customer service! Had to pay super expensive parking, drive in + cost of replacement which doesn’t guarantee improvement in performance meaning they don’t even have to swap the battery.

The manager was incredibly rude. I would not recommend anyone go to this store, ever. Spend the extra money and go to oxford street. This no Apple Store. Just a shop that sells their products.

Awful store, staff stand around chatting, not interested in serving customers. One rude staff member who I had seen standing around snapped at me "he was busy" when I asked for help. Then went to stand elsewhere doing again, nothing. Brought back a faulty product, this store wished me to pay for a replacement. Apple staff in this store have always been bad. They have just gotten worse. Go to another store if you want to be treated like a human being and a paying customer.
