Apple store Brent cross is always very busy, they are up to date with products. Price is same everywhere, good customer relations
We arrived 10am on Saturday. Loads of very convenient free parking. Very comfortable shopping and all our objectives achieved. Good food and drinks facilities so a good experience all round.
Adam was very helpful with resolving my issue. I had my iPhone stolen over the weekend and I needed a new one ASAP. He answered all my questions quickly and helped me decide on which phone to get. Left the Apple shop feeling very happy with my new iPhone.
Fuzz! Was our apple assistant that helped us yesterday , we have come across other apple staff in different stores but we were so impressed with his customer care , knowledge of technology, and his kind attitude and mannerism compared to anyone else that we have dealt with he definitely deserves acknowledgement and staff member of the year ! And it’s great to see that there is still some kind considerate people in the world that go over and beyond
Big bustling shop with loads of products on display and loads of staff. An area for demonstrations and security at the door.
Had a really good experience when I first purchased my phone and the sales + tech support staff at Apple Brent Cross were excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately the senior manager Jo is totally incompetent and has made the entire Apple experience terrible. I was told by the staff at the time that I would have no issues to return the iPhone 14 when Apple sent me the 14 Pro Max as they were low on stock at the time - even have the full proof of what I was told. The manager Jo decided to go against what I was told by all the staff despite clear proof and refused the return without dealing with the actual issue at hand. I ended up being forced to purchase 2 iPhone 14s. Luckily I had a business account with Apple and also proof so the business team and bank will refund me. Overall, Apple really need to hire experienced store managers that can deal with customers professionally and solve actual issues - Jo is certainly not capable of this role and made the entire experience a nightmare..
It was just a random visit as one of my friends wanted to buy an iPhone. Lovely place with great ambience. One should definitely visit if you are Brent cross. Staff is also very supportive.
Honestly, I went in today with a shopping session. I intended to go in and get the new iphone. I backed up the phone inside the store. I was there for more than 4 hours, waiting for the back-up to finish. I was assisted by both EC and Lord, and honestly I could not be happier with their assistance. Truly great apple geniuses!! I’m very thankful especially to EC for his patience!!
Went to apple at Brent Cross today. Very impressed! Had booked an appointment, the greeter was pleasant and professional. As seen on time and Rich sorted out all my problems quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you.
Apple really need to get a grip on their supply chain logistics first then push new models on the market. If you take your 2-4 yr old computer to the “Genius Bar” you are given the impression that you are walking around with vintage. My perfectly working macbook has a weak battery. I wasn’t assured when the battery stock will be available and that it was on me to make another booking and pay £130 for a new battery. I was given a choice between leaving it with them for 3-4 weeks’ time or nothing. Naturally walked away. So much for the worlds best and richest brand who have no idea about their supply chain logistics.
