I am very disappointed with the internet speed! Such a globally renowned store like Apple Store, yet the upload speed is only 120. I can’t believe the internet is so weak there. If you need to work on your computer or repair something, be prepared to wait for hours. Even a simple update shows it will take hours! Everyone is just waiting around like in a café because of the poor internet speed. It’s a shame that nobody seems interested in solving this issue. I kindly ask the management to take action regarding this serious problem if he or she care about customers so low ratings at this store ! Where is Tim Cook!”

I had an excellent experience at the Apple Store and wanted to share how impressed I was with the staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. The team member who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed.

I had made two previous attempts with going to Apple Store to have my watch and iPad looked at. Today was the day to sort the items out. I received immediate attention and asked if I was prepared to wait for 3hours. Text alert was set up. So I wandered around Brent Cross. Returned in the last hour in the hope of being seen earlier. The wait time went beyond 3 hours, so I checked that I was still on the system and advised that I would be seen at 18:40 and asked to be seated on the long tables. A further 10 minutes went by and staff member who checked me in checked if I was seen. At 19:00 a staff came by only to tell me my watch was vintage and apple no longer supplied the battery. Similarly my iPad was vintage and same outcome. On both items no checks and information given in about 7minutes. I pointed why this information was given at the start. My query could have been filtered out by the first member of staff. Please streamline your service- my time is precious too.

I had amazing customer service experience at the store. The staff called Dee helped me through out for purchasing and guiding for the product. She was really kind and efficient  in her job. I been to other store, but personally I liked the customer service here.

Came for a Mac mini and wasn’t sure what I wanted but Miranda helped me find the perfect one , very nice lady with an infectious happiness !nnWill 100% be back
