My wife and I had a really nice stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very tasty. The location is excellent for the city centre shopping, tourist attractions such as the castle and of course the Principality Stadium.

Location is good. Staff are ok. Tricky entrance until the elevator but you will get used to it just don't take heavy luggage. My room had a water leak from the ceiling maybe coming from the room in the higher floor!! I woke up at dawn on a rain in my room!! Fortunately I was checking out in a short time after. Can't forget this experience. Never happened to me before.

We stayed 3 nights over new years. The bedroom and washroom were clean and well organized. The breakfast was hearty and could sustain you through the whole day. The manager is friendly as well as the rest of the staff. The staff were helpful in answering any questions about the hotel, the city and the history of the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The only problen is the club downstairs is loud, albeit not overbearingly, and goes well into the middle of the night. If you are a light sleeper it is not ideal. The location is great as it is within walking distance to the city center, tram station, shopping center and downtown attractions. It is close to a lot of great food places as well.

Lovely hotel, real value for money, friendly staff - always greeted with a smile, rooms are spacious and modern. Room was a little hot at night but we were on the top floor. Breakfast was great with a varied choice. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely clean rooms. All modern really close to the lively centre. Staff friendly and helpful.
