Neat photo opp. machine in front of screen 2, just after checkin. Select your movie - Take a picture - scan the QR code to get a digital copy. See picture.nnDuring busy times, not enough staff behind the bar, but there's one female staff member who was serving who made a real effort to push through despite the long queue. Also, kudos to the girl standing at checkin desk who suggested we can use the machines to order when she saw the queue long.nnNote, the machines are painfully slow to respond. It takes about 5s after each tap on the screne for it to register...nAlso it's not very clear how to order food / drinks compared to other food systems.nnThere's merchandise in the middle section near the queuing area of the bar if you want to buy anything.nnPopcorn sizes as follows :nn£5.99 smalln£6.49 mediumn£6.99 largennLeather seats are compatible, mostly clean. Mine had a white smudge on it..
This place has always been a comfortable and enjoyable location for watching movies, making it one of our preferred choices whenever we want a relaxing cinema experience. From the moment you step inside, the environment feels welcoming, clean, and well maintained, which sets a positive tone for the entire visit. The seating is designed for comfort, with enough space to sit back, relax, and fully focus on the movie without feeling cramped or uncomfortable, even during longer films.
Mixed experiences here, and same in Kingston Odeon where some of the screens just don't feel bright enough and lack contrast. Anything dark is hard to read and the image doesn't pop. Going to the cinema should be the best way to watch a film and sadly that's not always the case here.nHave had some great visits, imax especially, and the location is handy for parking and restaurants. Just wish a good viewing experience was always guaranteed
Went to see the new Fantastic Four in IMAX and had a really good experience. The screen and sound were top quality, and the seats were comfy with plenty of space. The cinema was clean and well looked after.nI brought my own snacks and had my ticket on my phone, so getting in was super quick. I parked at Centre Court Shopping Centre across the road, which was £4 after 6pm and really convenient. Staff were friendly and the whole visit was smooth. Would definitely come back, especially for big films.
Poor standards overall to be honest, cleanliness of toilets are awful, huge limescale buildup in one of the toilets with food packaging, food and general rubbish scattered around the sink and the whole bathroom in general, ordered a hot dog and the bun was so dry, ive had better buns out the supermarkets value range.. for the price paid i expect much better. Long wait for food as well. Speakers in the screen i was in was also rather quiet.
