Great experience! Highly recommend and definitely worth the price of admission. We booked the bed seats and they were super comfy. The snacks and food options are also great. Excellent theater experience!
If you’re ever in Portobello and craving a cinema experience that’s anything but ordinary, the Electric Cinema is the place to be. The architecture is absolutely stunning — it’s like stepping into a movie set. The vibe? Super chill and cozy, with a real cool, welcoming energy that makes you want to hang out for hours. . Plus, it’s warm in both the literal and figurative sense — perfect for those days when you just want to sink into a comfy chair and get lost in a film. Highly recommend.
Great place for a comfortable and relaxed movie experience. They have got three different options to choose from - a full bed in the first row, single couches in middle row or a double seater couch in the last row. We selected the bed in the front row, and it was quite comfortable and cosy. They dont provide a blanket, so I would suggest carrying one if you want to be warm. There is a bar for drinks and some snacks. You can get food from outside as well. Need to book well in advance.
I heard one girl saying: “the best cinematic experience that I ever had!” And she was totally right. If you’re visiting London, you should go. If you’re a local you should always go. It’s cosy, comfortable and beautiful. They have great snacks too.
