I went to the Cineworld wandsworth with my wife and had a good time there. Although the popcorn there not so great as I expected but for that price it was okey. The sound quality inside the movie theatre was excellent but screen size was a bit smaller than I have expected. But in overall I enjoyed the movie.
As a seasoned regular, Screen 12 definitely needs fixing—the contrast is far too dark, and it’s been that way for ages now. I’d suggest avoiding movies on that screen, but otherwise, everything else is fine.
Awful. Ticket screens are nearly all broken. Seats uncomfortable - no VIP available in big screens, which is where you think they would be !!!!! Prices extortionate. Food & drinks prices are disgusting. Car park lift and cinema down escalator out of order. Stay at home and wait for it to be on TV !!!!!!
I recently watched kalki2898AD here it was bigger screen . I enjoyed the movie.But public transport for this place quite tough to get in peak hours.
If only I could give minus stars. The worst most awful experience ever at Wandsworth Cineworld today 6th Sept by staff and management where they actually condone staff to be abusive and then ask non abusive paying customers to leave. Shocking behaviour!! What was our mistake? For asking a member of staff standing at the ice cream counter for ice cream only to be told no the counter is closed. We expressed that didn’t make sense since he was literally standing there in front of the ice cream and could serve us. He then went on to say “if you have an issue go and complain”. We said we weren’t complaining but making a point, to which he become abusive, swore at us, slammed the counter door and walked off towards the staff room despite me calling him back as I couldn’t believe he just swore at me. I was extremely upset, brought to tears. We informed staff about the situation and was promised management will discuss further with us. Management were definitely not neutral or impartial and had already made it clear whose side they were on even before they heard my account. They took us out of the movie, accompanied by 2 security men and told us immediately they had heard ‘their staff’s’ account and they want us to leave. I had to insist to inform him of my side and the fact I was sworn at by a member of staff. Despite hearing my end, the manager had clearly already decided he wanted us to leave when it was my word against his. Manager not once apologised for the way I was treated. He was more concerned for his staff. This is awful behaviour. Management should always be impartial and treat both sides equally. Customer service truly does y not exist. Awful experience! Will definitely complain to head office.
