I had heard about the comfortable seats and that there were tables attached……. Gosh was I impressed. I found that comfortable seats are better than uncomfortable seats. BUT A TABLE …..WOW! Made my evening …. If you want to see underground West Coast movies from the 1970’s this is the place to go!
A better Odeon cinema, and glad to have come to check it out in Putney. Plenty to do prior if your also looking for somewhere to eat. As you entered the cinema, the staff were friendly and helpful and asked if you required food, self-service to hand and provided the food very quickly. The layout seemed clean, with plenty of items to choose from, relatively straightforward! In terms of travelling, both the district line runs through East Putney and have the mainline station, Putney. If you want to park, make sure you have the Ring Go app, and after 18:30, it's free, relatively easy off-road parking all around the area. The seating within the cinema was a great experience, updated and you could move your seats back and see the new Batman film, which was great but a long film perfect for the setting. Solid A**** LDT x
It’s the sort of place you don’t want to tell people about in case it gets too busy. This cinema has the comfiest seats, with tables attached, made for a date night. It’s not for someone looking for an immersive cinema experience, but is perfect for comfort watching.
Nice cinema, seems like seats are blocked from enabling you to book depending on your party size. We were a group of 4. On Booking only 4 1st row seats available to the corner but on attending there were plenty midnsection empty seats. Not impressed as could have had a better view for money
Good accessible location on the high street and has a bar with some decent quality drinks. Reclining seats are comfortable and movie/sound quality was good. However, this place is in need of a refurb or some light repairs as my side table was peeling quite badly. The fresh pop corn tasted stale so they were happy to exchange for some of the posh packet popcorn. I enjoyed the film so the overall experience was ok.
Not the best Odeon Luxe. We were in screen two and the lighting seemed slightly too bright so we felt we were having to focus harder to view the film. It also didn’t feel like the screen was on full view with some of the subtitles in scenes being cut from the bottom of the screen. The leather on the seats was also in need of TLC. Quite disappointing overall
We had a great time here. The cinema is nice and the seats are comfortable. What made it extra nice was that we were served by someone who actually had great customer service!
I only giving two stars because the heater or the air-con at screen 1 was broken. We have been told about it just before we got in... it was unbearable, we were sweating and couldn't watch the movie until the end. That room was super hot, I don't think it will meet the health and safety policy. Really disappointed, however the manager was nice and sorted out a refund for us
We bought our tickets at 4pm with helps from Odeon staff for 8.30pm film. When we arrive there, they try to sell us also popcorn etc. Just before entering the screen, they told us heating is not working and it was freezing inside! We couldn't go to the cinema! They ruined our Saturday night! How can they sell tickets to a screen that has no heating!
Great little cinema, comfy seats, convenient location, but… I’ve been in Screen 3 the small one a few times now and you can hear music playing from the foyer which is very distracting.
