Nice cinema, prefer this cinema to Odeon! Getting your snacks always takes a long time no matter which cinema you visit. You can upgrade your seats when booking online, upgraded seats have more leg room. I recently saw Infinity War in 4D great experience, 3D glasses with the chairs moving, smells and water being sprayed.

Very grandiose entrance with a huge semi circular advertisement screen at the top of the stairs. Efficient system for collecting tickets and intimate cinema booths with reclining seats for comfort. Our viewing had great quality visuals and sound and not ridiculously over-priced for central London.

Fantastic cinema with new seating and clean unisex toilets but if you don't like people touching your popcorn then give it a skip. I had someone scooping it up with her bare hands. Not ideal. I'm still alive, 🤣but it's something management needs to address. Audio and spacing of seats is worth the slightly higher price.

Terrible experience. I watched Pacific rim. Falso fire alarms kept going off. When I complained to one of female team leaders. She was extremely rude and condescending. Tickets overpriced too. Would not recommend

First of all it was not clean, there was rubbish on my seat and on a few others. The projectors are way too low, so if somebody from the last 3/4 rows decide to go to the toilet you get a nice reflection on the screen which just ruins everything. Otherwise, the screen is big (been to the superscreen), good image and sound but not worth the money.
