VIP premium seats are not up to scratch at all! Vue Harrow is much better. Staff are brilliant at finding lost items - very accommodating. Mixed popcorn was all salty at top and sweet at bottom. Tango ice blast was mixed and made to perfection. Holders for food/drink items are a great idea.
We were very excited to go and The Marvels and booked our VIP seat tickets days in advance. We were allowed to go to the screen room and waited for the adverts to start at 7:20. By 7:45pm, we went outside to ask what was happening and a staff member apologised and said the film would start soon. Past 8pm, what appeared to be a more senior staff member, entered and told us that the film was no longer screening due to technical issues. We had to ask for a refund - it was not offered initially. I had purchased some snacks which I had not opened, thankfully. I asked for a refund for them and the staff member was incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to give me the refund. He kept asking me for proof that I purchased the items in their shop. Because I was persistent and patient, I did get the refund but this staff member was so rude and barely apologised for the inconvenience. I will not come to this cinema again. Waste of my time and evening.

I watched dune 2 at the top Vue Extreme cinema. The VIP seat was very hard and uncomfortable. I recommend taking a pillow. The audio was slightly too loud in my opinion. It was no clipping but given the sound stage slightly over loud. Screen was fantastic but VIP seat was quite high. Worth going but id take a pillow for sure.
The seats were great. It was easy to use the self automated machine to buy tickets and same as other Vue, there were plenty of snacks to choose from.nnHowever, the tickets were crazily expensive. A matinee showing for two regular seats were almost £30!nnThey added tax/service charge on top of the £13.99 ticket from an automated machine.nnIt didn’t happen when I saw a movie at another Vue location recently.nnI would avoid this vue in the future.nnThe movie was excellent though!
