I visited the cinema 8th Thursday two days ago to see sinners. The film I saw was in theatre 8.nAt 5:19 the film had just started as I was watching the film. I saw a mice running on the stair case in front of me. I was immediately scared uncomfortable that the possibility of the mice jumping into my bag I tried to remain my feet up for the rest of the film. It completely ruined the experience for me because the film was so good and the screen was massive. It’s just totally disgusting. I did let one of the workers know a young man . He seemed very unfazed by the matter when I told him he asked me what theatre then he said did I enjoy the film so it almost made me feel like he was aware that there are mice in that cinema?nHe did let me know that he’ll let his manager know whether he did or not. I’m not sure.nI wish I could give zero stars, but I can’t. They definitely need to fumigate that screening because that is unacceptable and a health and safety risk. The picture below is where I saw the mice at before it ran when I promptly said errr .
My friend and I had the worst experience at this cinema tonight. We were the only ones in our screen and at some point in the middle of the movie 2 guys entered the room and sat close to us. They had no tickets and nobody prevented them from entering. We felt very unsafe and had to leave. It seems that people can just enter the screens without being checked. The manager could only offer a refund and no solution to the problem, claiming that the screens are checked via camera although random people are able to enter whenever they want.
Westfield Vue – Superman Showing 10:15 AM, Friday 11th July 2025nnReally enjoyed the experience. The cinema was clean, I would like to thank Keisha she was friendly and exceptionally polite. everything ran on time. Picture and sound quality were great for the Superman screening. A smooth and comfortable visit overall. Would happily come back!
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the Vue cinema at Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, and especially for a staff member named Patrick. His service was truly outstanding!nnPatrick went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. He greeted us at the entrance, opened the doors to the cinema, and even walked us to the elevator. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful and dedicated.nnThank you, Patrick, for making our visit such a pleasant experience!
Great service by Tyrone and his team. Going the extra mile and patient. A staff member kindly assisted my sister who uses a wheelchair and showed us to our seats. Wonderful service and compassion. Shall definitely be returning. Keep up the wonderful work!
