I came down for breakfast with my family during our stay and we were greeted warmly by our server Sandra. She was amazing and had a beautiful smile on her face at all times. Her service was spectacular. It was a great pleasure meeting her and it made our stay fabulous.Rooms: 5/5
I've had an excellent stay at this hotel. Fairly convenient location - 3 minute walk from the tube - and nice spacious rooms. For executive rooms you get a free minibar refills so an upgrade is well worth it. Especially enjoyable was the artisan breakfast. Maria and Sandra would greet me with a smile every morning and made it feel like a 5-star resort experience. An omelette and a breakfast cocktail made to order and served with a smile. What more can you ask for?! Food & drinks: Artisan breakfast is a worthwhile experience for people with Accor status
This is my second stay here. The front desk was so accommodating. I came in on an overnight flight so by the time I arrived it was 3am my time and 7am London time. To say I was tired was an under statement. They were able to get me early check in around 9am which saved the day! I was able to sleep and get synced with the time change. Thank you Miruna & Waqas! You have no idea how much this helped. The location of this hotel is amazing. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the tube is a short walk. Very convenient location. The room could use an update but as well as the Internet but the service is great! Bar and restaurant are great as well.
Went for afternoon tea with a group of friends/colleagues. This was my first time visiting this hotel/restaurant. It was a lovely experience. There was a bit of a hiccup with the booking, but this was quickly rectified, and we were soon seated. We all had a great time. My spread was allergy appropriate, and this was again checked before my food was prepared and presented to ensure my requirements and needs were met. The teas are amazing also with a great choice. We all enjoyed our own chosen selections, which come in a large tea pot with beautiful matching tea cups. We ate most of our sandwiches and cakes. What we couldn't manage, we were given small boxes to take the rest away in. Most of the group gave their boxes to the less fortunate once we were outside. One of our group has had the experience before. She noted the menu was different with an equally tasty and beautiful presentation. This fact helped us make the decision to make this a regular occurrence. A great way to bond and de-stress from our heavy jobs in the community. The hotel and restaurant areas are relaxing, well used, and pleasing to the eyes and senses. The staff we encountered were all lovely and accommodating. We did not see or enter any of the rooms, so I am unable to rate those.
My stay at this hotel was amazing. I came down for breakfast and my server Sandra was very kind. I had a little accident on the table and Sandra handled the situation professionally and didn’t make me feel embarrassed. She is very polite and had a smile on her face while kept telling me ‘don’t worry just enjoy!’. I really loved my stay in this hotel.
Great clean, comfortable room, fabulous breakfast and excellent location to all public transportation. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for information. But two days later when I experienced tremendous abdominal pain that I could not even walk to my room, Ryley, the manager rushed to my help and took charge to arrange transportation at his expense to the urgent care. Without his assistance I would have been lost what to do in a foreign country. I am writing this to express my sincere gratitude for your hotel's staff and especially for the Manager, Ryley. A really good hotel to stay at, the rooms were superb but a bit of a trek to room 4070 lol but it keeps you fit. The staff were very helpful with any little problem I had & gave the impression that nothing was too small for them to help you with. There are a couple of quite turns coming in & out of their car park but overall it seemed clean & secure to park your car. The sound insulation of the room was superb as it cut out all the sound of the A4 outside with no problem at all. The room service was very good but the phone volume on the earpiece was very quiet & even pressing the volume button on the base didn't really make that much of a difference, but that is only a minor thing. Overall I was very pleased with my stay, the facilities & the professionalism of the staff Rooms: The room & the room facilities were very clean & kept a good condition
During my stay at hotel I was greeted by Muhammad , who made my experience exceptional from the start. He were professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring my check-in process was smooth and quick. Muhammad also went above and beyond by providing helpful local recommendations and answering all my questions with a warm attitude. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service. Thank you, Muhammad for making my stay so enjoyable!"
Excellent stay on business. Reception, bar, dining and communal areas immaculate. Gym of good standard given target market. Breakfast was great staff are all friendly and attentive. Rooms could do with a freshen up: Carpets, bathroom, softer pillows. I recommend!
Thin walls between rooms, got bothered by noisy neighbors. Ruined my sleep. Also has inconsistencies between rooms of the same price class. Toilet flush splash water on the floor and seat. Got a bath tub instead of a shower cabin, which is annoying to stand in, with insufficient roof height for tall people. Edit: improved service rating, since they were helpful in letting me change rooms, to alleviate noise problem. My initial room had a connecting door to the neighbour room, which the noise went straight through.
