Choice of Apart'hotel

The Apart'hotel offers 187 air-conditioned apartments in over 9 floors, including 126 Studios for 1 or 2 guests, 49 One-Bedroom apartments that sleep up to 4 guests and 12 Two-Bedroom Duplex apartments for up to 6 guests. In the Studios, choose between a double or twin bed. In the One-Bedroom apartments, there are twin pullout sofa beds in the lounge area and a double bed in the bedroom. In the Two-Bedroom apartments, there are double sofa beds in the lounge area, and double beds in the bedrooms.

L'Apart'hotel est situé à proximité de la Tamise. Sur Trafalgar Square, s'ouvre la National Gallery (impressionnantes collections de peinture). Tout autour, les rues regorgent de boutiques et Covent Garden n'est pas loin.Vous irez flâner dans Saint James' Park avant de retrouver Buckingham Palace. Sans transition, vous plongerez dans l’ambiance survoltée de Piccadilly Circus, à l’orée de Soho. Great location! 2 min walk to river boat pier and 2 tube stations. Clean rooms with kitchenettes and hotel has laundry facilities. Stayed 2 times and would stay again!Rooms: 4/5

If you're considering staying here, don't. The only good thing about this hotel is its location—it's close to everything, but that's where the positives end.  The rooms are absolutely disgusting. There was mold growing in the shower, the toilet handle was so corroded it had turned green it's supposed to be silver, by the way, and the sheets? They had black spots on them, which I can only assume were bed bug feces. To top it all off, they hit you with a surprise £60 charge for breakfast when you check out, something they conveniently forget to mention beforehand.  As for the service? Nonexistent. The front desk staff could not care less about you or your stay. They act like you're an inconvenience every time you approach them with a question. It's clear this place is only interested in taking your money and offering nothing in return.  Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else. This place is a complete rip-off and an absolute dump.

It's a service apartment so no daily cleaning. Minimum toiletries e.g. bring yr own body lotion otherwise most supplies by request at reception. I brought my own bedroom slippers. Studio room is big with kitchen facilities so best to make your own breakfast instead of British breakfast buffet in hotel.Rooms: 4/5

Avoid. The room was horrible, run down, very cold, noisy air con needed as the room was freezing, noisy fridge with no switch to turn it off and get some sleep, uncomfortable bed, poor quality pillows and cheap duvet - didn't offer warmth, and with a cheap shower curtain and horrible cramped shower. The room was next to the lift and had a depressing view.  The main thing for me though was how unsafe I felt. The door both sides looked like it had been forced open/closed and didn't ever feel like it was locked and secure. Without the ability like a fold over lock on the inside, didn't feel safe at all. Very scary for a female single traveller. Don’t do it.

I have stayed in many 4.5 star hotels in many countries but have never had a hotel with such bad service! The bathroom is small, there is no floor drain causing water to flow out, the heater in the bathroom fell off! Every day there are a few bugs in the bed! The receptionist evening shift had a very unpleasant attitude, they seemed sarcastic to each other because we were Asian! I find them very welcoming to other white people but not to Asians! I don't understand why at a 4-star hotel you have to throw your own trash in the room into the trash area in the hallway and have to bring your towels to the front desk every day to get new towels? My family runs a resort business and I understand that nowhere requires guests to take out their own trash and bring towels to the reception desk, while we stayed here for 4 nights and were not allowed to clean the room if we wanted to clean it. I need to pay 50 pounds for 1 room. room. We don't regret the money but your service is so bad! My friends and I all said we would never come back here again! The Citadines hotel system in other countries is very good, worth the price, but I didn't expect Citadines in London to be so bad!

excellent location within reach of all the attractions of the government district and the River Thames. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, but the decor requires freshening up. Overall, good with room for improvement.Rooms: 3/5

This hotel is fine - rooms are not what you expect for the price, pretty dang small. The view was awful - a giant AC unit was our view so that sucked. We were in room 215 so if you get that room complain and ask to be moved. You’re basically paying for the location. No housekeeping on a regular basis either. Fell asleep in the lobby while we waited to check in early… also the blow dryer doesn’t even work with the plug in the bathroom so that was weird.

Central location within walking distance towards Embankment tube station, with relatively clean rooms suitable for a short stay. However, the studio rooms seem to have varying sizes as some of us had bigger rooms which included a dining table and some were smaller. The hotel seems to have been around for quite some time as the lifts were small and worn, similar to the rooms.  The hotel, however, was great in that there was a water filter tap in the lobby for us to refill our bottles whenever and that is always greatly appreciated when we're traveling.

Stayed here for 9 nights. Glad we booked this hotel. It is in an excellent location with spacious and fully equipped room. Room has dinning table for 2, and a small kitchen pots, dinning plates, fork, spoons, stove, microwave oven. There is bath tub too. Near to Westminster and Charing Cross stations and many busses to Tourist attractions places. Many international eateries nearby such as Korean, Jap, Italian, local, MacD, M&S food, etc. Strongly recommend for its convenient location. Only took photos of thr Halloween decorations. Staff wore witch hat during Halloween !  Nearby activities: Uber boat at the Embarkment Pier  Walkability: Have pub and many restaurants. Walking distance to Trafalguar square, Westminster, Embarkment Pier, London Eye, Southbank.

We stayed in the Citadines Trafalgar Square at the end of May for 3 nights. Excellent location, walkable to everywhere in central London and a few minutes walk to the Tube and Water Uber. Our studio room was clean and comfortable. We loved the coffee machine in the lobby and having a laundry facility when you're travelling was great.Rooms: 4/5
