If you are looking for an excellent service, nice swimming pool and a good breakfast try this place located at heart of London. Recommend Rose tea and Royal egg for breakfast. Great atmosphere and kind staff. Painting, arts with stunning interior design every where .Rooms: 5/5
Another fantastic stay at the exceptional Haymarket Hotel. The staff and service were excellent. Charlotte and the team couldn’t do enough to celebrate my Mum’s 80th birthday, making it a very memorable and special occasion. Thank you to you all.Rooms: 5/5
Excellent staff, service and beautiful rooms. Fantastic food from a well organised restaurant. I have stayed in many hotels and this is without doubt, one of the best.Rooms: 5/5
We chose to go to the hotel's restaurant for the afternoon tea. It took 45 min to get the most boring but still expensive afternoon tea! We had to wait almost an hour with a 5 year old hungry child for the most basic, ham and bread, sandwiches and 2 scones the size of a plum! Unacceptable!Service: 1/5
One of the best hotel experiences. Front of house staff so welcoming and professional. Rooms beautiful, stylish and very comfortable and quite large for central London. Location is excellent. Highly recommendRooms: 5/5
Upgrade offered as returning guests - much appreciated. Staff exceptional - very friendly, helpful and professional. Special mention for Erica on front desk. Great location, as very quiet, but easy to access most parts of West End. We will return! Rooms: Beautiful rooms with striking decor by Kit Kemp. Very clean and well appointed.
First off, you really can't go wrong staying at any Firmdale property, and the Haymarket was no exception. From the moment you arrive, you feel special there and it never stops. The room at the Haymarket was incredibly comfortable, quiet, and luxurious. The shower had amazing water pressure, and the heated towels are always a plus. The amenities are fun and make it seem more like a home. The Haymarket also has a spectacular gym and a huge pool - making it great for exercise fiends and those with kids. And finally, the breakfast was top notch as always. You can't go wrong at the Haymarket. Nearby activities: The theater!
I LOVE the Haymarket Hotel!!!! I am so, so happy we stayed here for 1 week at the start of our family holiday to Europe. I stayed in two interconnecting rooms with my husband and kids, aged 6 & 8. It’s hard to describe everything that is so great about this hotel in words and pictures. Obviously, the design of the hotel is next level. The owners / designers of this hotel have so much flair, this hotel is not like any other hotel in the world that I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in many, it’s like the designer has thought through Every. Single. Detail - not a single thing is an afterthought, not a single thing is overlooked. A gorgeous, stylish place like this - and yet, it also manages to feel like home; I didn’t feel like I had to brace myself with my 2 kids; to the contrary, the staff made us feel so welcome and they went above and beyond to book us into the perfect restaurants - ie, restaurants with great food but which weren’t too posh so we didn’t stress out with the kids, eg the Gordon Ramsay restaurant had AMAZING food and it was super welcoming for kids - kids ate free on weekdays! I digress. Haymarket Hotel also organised amazing tickets for us to The Lion King; they reminded me to actually complete the transaction when I forgot because I was scatterbrained from jet lag so we didn’t lose our seats; they gave our kids colouring pencils and drawing materials; they always greeted us with a smile; they booked us THE SICKEST CAR when we needed a car on check out and organised for it to be dropped off to the hotel. Nothing was too hard for them - they make it all seem effortless - and they are so friendly and kind while pulling this off. I would come back again and again and again. This hotel is A REASON to go to London. It is its own standalone reason to go to London. It’s a place which makes you happy. Thank you, Haymarket Hotel, for giving us an amazing week in London!!!
Easily the best hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Property is beautiful, staff is even better. It’s truly a luxury hotel experience, couldn’t say more amazing thingsRooms: 5/5
The Haymarket is a wonderful hotel located in a convenient location for walking to sites and theatres. The rooms are very tastefully appointed and the staff friendly and professional. Special thanks to Morphee at the front desk who helped resolve a concern with our room the front of the building was being painted and she moved us to a room not in view of the painting scaffolding. Also thanks to the young restaurant host who greeted us by name each morning at breakfast.
