The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, about 5 minutes walk to the underground and 8 minutes walk to Piccadilly theatre, the location is prime. The room is very small but it has everything you need, I wouldn't have liked to have stayed in there longer than 1 or 2 nights as the room and it's bathroom are incredibly small. But it was very clean, it's nice to actually go to a hotel and have towels that are big enough after you've had a shower. A hair dryer was available to use also. The refreshments were very nice which are included in your room.
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. We arrived at 9am on Friday and the staff was very accommodating and helped us leave our bags at the hotel before our 3pm check in. We had a room with a full bed and no window. The room is small but very well optimized and was perfect for our needs. You can not beat the location of this hotel! We were close to everything and had great food options all around. We had a train at 3pm, and after checking out at 11am we were able to leave our bags at the hotel until 2:30pm. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. Safety: Location felt very safe walking around nearby late at night
Just spent 4 great nights at Z. The staff were super efficient and really friendly. Yes the room was small but it was very clean, functional and the bed was very comfortable. The location of Z was fantastic for a city break and I would not hesitate in staying there again or recommending it.Rooms: 5/5
We were really impressed with the Z hotel in Piccadilly. First, it's an amazing location for accessing the West End theatres - our walk to see Phantom of the Opera took less than 2 minutes. The service we received was excellent - all the staff were friendly and helpful both at reception and at the drinks/breakfast bar. The rooms were very clean and modern, relatively small/compact but perfectly good for sleeping/washing. They were also extremely good value, especially if you book in advance. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if we are visiting the same area in future.
It was a disappointing experience. I regret to say that my stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have encountered. 1. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. 2. I found the pillows to be unclean, which added to my discomfort. 3. I discovered bugs in the room, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. 4. The room itself was surprisingly small, far more cramped than I had anticipated. 5. There was no safety box available, which made me feel uneasy about the security of my belongings. 6. Additionally, there was nowhere to place my luggage, which further detracted from the convenience of my stay. 7. The inability to open the window in the hot room made the situation worse, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Given these issues, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.
Spent 2 nights here on my own and was delighted. The room would have been too small for two, but was absolutely large enough for just me. The location is perfect - but comes with some noise on the weekends. All employees were friendly and helpful beyond my expectationsRooms: 5/5
GREAT LOCATION. Terrible service, I called the hotel 3 times in one day and sat on the phone for 15 minutes each time with the prerecorded “we appreciate your call, please stay on the line and the next available person will speak to you.” And never spoke to a person. On arrival there were 3 people at the front desk none on the phone and I never saw the front desk unattended but they can’t answer the phone? The room is tiny with the plywood furniture falling apart and dirty air vents.
Service was nice, from the reception to the room service. The location is the best quality. The room is just enough, not plenty of space for big luggages if you have. No microwave or fridge. Id say its pretty clean and descent for the price. Given that its in centralRooms: 3/5
OK so we had a shoebox room, can't swing a cat in it, and it's very expensive last-minute but it's very convenient, very clean, very comfortable bed and great towels, can't hear the street at all which is pretty impressive as we were on the street level. Service courteous and efficient.Rooms: 5/5
Location is amazing. The price is fair. The rooms are not all that. They are SUPER small. The bed takes up the entire width of the room and is up against a wall. It is NOT enough for 2.Rooms: 2/5
