We got married at the Corinthia in October 24. This review is based on our stay in one of the suites. - Beautifully decorated hotel. Feels spacious even when busy. - Our suite was a very good size with high quality decor throughout. Bathroom and wardrobe area were also spacious. - Excellent location situated on the river with many major attractions within easy walking distance. - Staff were friendly, attentive and informed. - We stayed with our dog. This is a very dog friendly hotel with dogs allowed in some eating areas. - Breakfast was relatively small but had everything we needed.
Wonderful experience. From walking in to checking out everything was just amazing. Bathroom with heated floor and shower are top notch. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. Service is THE BEST and this team does absolutely a great job to keep your stay very pleasant. SPA is most beautiful i ever seen and location of this hotel is so convenient and quiet.Five stars all the way Rooms: Spacious and clean Nearby activities: Big Ben Safety: Absolutely safe even late at night Walkability: Right in the center to everything Food & drinks: Delicious
Contacted the concierge 36 hours or so before arrival . Made arrangements for transport from Gatwick to the hotel. Gave him my flight info, arrival . All details. Arranged for a pick up.. via Rolls Royce ...it's was superb . And the driver Rob . Was fantastic .. I think he is actually some type of British royalty..in any case .. upon arrival .. after guaranteed early check in.. was told .. room was not ready... Waited around the hotel and lobby for 2 1/2 hours.. normally.. I wouldn't mind . But .. just got off a 8 hour flight..1 1/2 car ride... Just wanted to lay down.. I checked every 20 or 30 minutes... I was it was a priority.. but I didn't get that impression... In any case .. disappointed with service at check in... Everything else was great.. the macaroons left by housekeeping were fantastic!! Walkability: 10-20 minute walk just about anywhere .
Knowledgeable hotel staff! We appreciate the beautiful treats sent to our room for our mini honeymoon in London. Room service meals are delicious. They graciously replaced our champagne with sparkling tea when we informed them we wanted to be alcohol freeRooms: 5/5
Enjoyed a lovely 2-night stay in the Executive Room. Every member of the staff was incredibly courteous, welcoming and attentive. The amenities and decor here felt luxurious and tasteful. Our stay included breakfast, which was extraordinary! We cancelled our breakfast reservation elsewhere so that we could return the next morning. They offer a made-to-order menu along with a buffet featuring elevated offerings like honeycomb, gourmet protein cereals, kombucha! The only thing that disappointed was the latte. With a full sized espresso machine I expected it to be on par with what I could get at a nice cafe.

What more can I say than find time and go experience this gorgeous hotel with the best hospitality services ever in my life. I am trying to find faults and negativity, but to no avail. Rooms: Best room and spacious as well. Safety: Top notch. Food & drinks: Best foods
Stayed here for a week with family - simply blown away by the property, the timeless elegance, the service, and the experience of old school British luxury. Staff is simply amazing - very courteous and prompt with any requests - from housekeeping to reception to wait staff at the restaurants. Don’t miss the high tea here! Breakfast at the restaurant was awesome. Freshly made granola and freshly squeezed juices were the highlight for us. Beautiful lighting in the restaurant, so remember to take some pictures! The hotel smells amazing. Fresh flower arrangements through the interior and exterior of the property. Fitness center - top marks. Well equipped with Technogym treadmills, entire weight machine collection, and 2 Peloton bikes. I just wish they had a lap pool, their current pool is way too small. Overall an exemplary experience! Will absolutely positively be staying here again!
Me and my family travelled from the US to London recently, and stayed at the Corinthia Hotel for our time there. I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience we ever had. A massive thank you to all the staff from the front desk, to house keeping to F&B. Everyone was amazing, and so kind to our toddler. We also had the high tea and wanted to say a massive thank you to Marco De Simone and the whole team for such an incredible experience. I will be recommending the hotel to all friends and family moving forward - by far the best we’ve ever stayed at.
