I rang AM Leeds three days ago as my car was overdue it's service, they booked it in straight away  for me no problem and fitted it in with my own time constraints  while I was in Leeds. They gave me a guaranteed fixed price for the service, which to say for the marque of the vehicle was very reasonable. As I had to be at an appointment very early, the young man called Josh in the service dept who booked it in actually offered to come in earlier than his start time to help me out. My car was serviced and ready for the exact time I was told it would be. When I collected it I had a few questions i needed to know about my car and yet again Josh took the time to answer me them in a very professional and unhurried manner.
Would I have my car serviced here again?
Certainly,
Would I recommend AM Leeds to other customers? Certainly.
As a footnote, I recently purchased some Aston Martin luggage through the parts dept there and spoke with a gentleman named David.

I bought an Aston Martin Vantage from JCT600 Brooklands about 10 years ago. I still have the car. I have just taken delivery of a DB11 Volante. 
The buying experience on both occasions has been exemplary and I would like to thank Max Barraclough for directing me through the whole process with seemless, friendly professionalism.
Nothing was too much trouble for Max and I felt he was on my side just as much as he was on the side of his employers and the brand! That works well and I wish to thank him for all his hard work.
Would I recommend Max and JCT600 to anyone looking for an Aston Martin?

Recently completed the purchase of a Vanquish Volante.  From initial enquiry to final handover the process was seamless and  pleasurable. Went in for ideas of finance packages, salesman couldnt wait to see the back of us and absolutly no experience or recognition of a potential purchase-especially considering it is such a high value car. Shocking.
