Very happy with the service I have had with Aston Martin Leeds. My purchase was handled smoothly and professionally by John Robinson and the team. A recent problem was rectified without fuss thankyou Helen and again very professionally from a team of people that you can actually sit and talk to and also have a sense of humour! I was given a ride home thankyou Michael while my car was being attended to and received a phone call upon completion of work earlier than anticipated which made life easier for me. A very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service from Aston Martin Leeds.
After having an horrendous experience with my previous car/dealer not AML/JCT it was a joy to deal with JCT Aston Martin Leeds. My rep was John Robinson, he handled everything to perfection, even sourcing me the wheels I wanted, despite being initially told they weren't available. Both myself and my business partner are very impressed with the customer service and communication throughout the buying process. Highly recommended, Thank You.
Delighted with the service shown during my visit for my Vantage service. Aston Leeds have a new Customer Service Manager Finlay Almond , Finlay was superb and extremely informative about the wonderful Aston Martin family of cars and general information on the future of the marque. Considering the team are still working from their temporary premises they are and remain extremely professional with a real sense of customer care and satisfaction. I’m also delighted with the installation of Apple Car Play on my 2012 car. I had been used to trailing charger cables… A game changer for listening to music should I ever tire of the V12 roar. Fantastic experience and service - worked with Connor Swain the whole time who was brilliant. Connor was always available, happy to answer any questions, quick to provide an honest opinion and guidance without pressure, and just generally a genuine guy. Really appreciated this and it played a role in me feeling more comfortable buying from AM Leeds compared to another private non-AM dealer. Connor took time to understand what I was after and what it meant to me and my family - and was keen to play his part in my search. I’ve had the car for a few weeks and even the post sale interaction and support has been great. The only slight shame was being in the temp showroom but the new showroom looks like it might be pretty special - so look forward to seeing that when ready.
As usual, a totally 5 star service from a great team. Everyone was extremely attentive and I can’t fault the entire team in any way. From a customer point of view, selling a customer a car once is easy but to get them to keep buying, is down to great customer service. That’s exactly what is provided here.
Just want to share my excellent experience of buying an approved Aston Martin Vantage. The whole team is great, but special mention to Angie on reception and Michael. Max was our sales contact and he was brilliant. Just to echo other reviews he was never pushy and worked towards the budget that we had set. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again. UPDATE- another good experience with the team. Michael and Angie as helpful as ever. Helen very helpful explaining service plans. Superb stuff.
Connor Swain was absolutely outstanding. Knows his product inside out, answered every question and went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service. An exceptional person who is a credit to AM Leeds.
Picked up my gorgeous brand new DB12 yesterday. Special mention is due to Connor Swain who made the whole process so painless and efficient. Only giving Connor 5 stars because I can't give 6! Wonderful experience all round.
Just had my DB11 returned after rectification of a elusive engine fault. The team took it up with AML on their own initiative although well outside of warranty who accepted the claim. Great service, great technical depth of knowledge and excellent communication. Bob Hall
