It was exactly what we needed - a nice room, very nice bathroom and helpful staff. They were more than happy to look after our luggage until we went back to check in and they found us a better room to suit our needs. It is in a lovely area and only 5 minutes from 2 different tube stations and Hyde Park. I would definitely go backRooms: 4/5

Can’t really fault it. I had a small room. But the bed was comfortable and the whole room was clean, including bed sheets and towels. No noises other than people walking past, great location and friendly staff. Allowed me to keep my luggage for a few hours before I could check in. Also easy to locate. Big tv with a large selections of channels. Usb chargers and a full body mirror. Good storage in the room also. Very good price for the location. Just feel I was overcharged a little with the size of the room. But not bad for London at all.

I chose this hotel because I wanted a small private room close to public transports. This is exactly what I got: the room was very clean and so was the shared bathroom. For a little over 50£ a night, this is great value in London! The entrance to the room was directly in the staircase which might seem odd, but it was surprisingly quiet.

Overall this is a perfect hotel if you want to spoil your mood. The rooms in basement are as good as jail. Poor ventilation Broken jets Stinking bathroom Parts of bed had nails protruding near the headrest No intercom No windows that open Poor lighting and hygiene makes it look creepy set of a horror movie. Wifi was available for 3 hours in our 2 days stay. The staff is unapologetic about everything, may be they've missed their hospitality lectures.

The hotel has a great location, very close to public transport and at walking distance of Hyde park. However, we had a bad experience overall.  First our room had a very annoying noise, like a water heater rumbling. After the 1st night, we asked for it to be looked at. The response was unenthusiastic, at best.  The second night we went down again to complain; the nights staff had no idea about our earlier visit that same morning. They kindly switched us to a different room. However, the cleanliness of this second room was poor, deteriorated, even more than that of the first one.  Last but not least, on our last day, we got stained towels with holes in them...  Overall, this is a badly managed hotel that’s definitely overpriced.  We hope they manage to improve upon this, as the location is great and very convenient.

I booked a family room and the price was very reasonable. Easy to find and you can see it from far away. The receptionist was ok just gave me the information I need and checked me in very quick. Was missing the smile. Slow elevator and felt scared I think needs upgrade. Room was clean , plenty of towels and very hot water. The breakfast was poor with staff which were like robots. We arrived few minutes before 10 and didn't wait to pick up the food and started already to close the buffet. The mushrooms were canned, just very few items. I have to admit that the coffee was good. Hope they will improve the quality of the breakfast and will not start to clean so fast.

Room clean, offered a choice of a larger twin or smaller double which we opted for. Quiet corridors, comfortable bed. TV reception poor but we didn't really need it! Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Continental breakfast excellent, more choice than expected including scambled and boiled eggs, cheese, beans and mushrooms. Good choice of cereal, juice, tea, coffee and water. Would recommend for an affordable room when visiting London. Would stay again.

After reading all the negative reviews about this place I was very anxious about staying here. However I had no problems. The room was clean and tidy. We had a double room which came with a bathroom. But not all rooms do. Yes the room was hot but we simply opened the window. The walls are very thin so if you want a really good night sleep I maybe wouldn't stay here. The continental breakfast is very lacking so plan to go else where . But overall a good experience

Room was basic and small.  TV had a varied number of channels but not the ones  I usually  like to watch. Bed was comfy and  the shower was great but not a power shower.
