We visited this fine establishment for one night, to celebrate our anniversary. The beauty of the room was amazing. The quality of service, top notch. The variety of food at breakfast - the attentive and kind staff, 5 stars! Could not have asked for more. The prices reflect the quality overall. Well worth it. Look forward to returning. Thank you for making our stay a magnificent experience. Would highly recommend! P.s location is perfect.
A fantastic hotel… great location with wonderful staff. In close proximity Hyde Park and an easy walk to the main shopping area. The room was spacious and clean, with the only downside being a badly lit bathroom mirror for doing make up in I would definitely stay there again *****

I had a great experience at the Caesar Hotel London, The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, The room was a bit small but overall it was extremely clean, had everything I needed, and comfy. The location is excellent, very close to Hyde park, Bayswater and Queensway stations. The breakfast was very good It was an excellent stay, and will definitely consider again when visiting London.

My stay at Caesar Hotel was truly exceptional, earning a well-deserved five stars. Although we initially faced some inconvenience due to ongoing renovations, the hotel staff, particularly Katty and Thomas, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Upon arrival, we were slightly disturbed by the noise from the renovation work. However, they handled the situation with utmost professionalism and empathy. They promptly offered us new rooms in a quieter part of the hotel, ensuring our stay was as peaceful as possible. Additionally, the hotel provided a small discount to compensate for the inconvenience and graciously allowed us a late checkout the next day. The rest of our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were clean, modern, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities we needed. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel truly valued as guests.
Exceptional rooms and service! The staff were exceedingly attentive and helpful. I stayed in a newly renovated room May 2024, which therefore was super clean, including the bathroom. The room was spacious, featuring a convenient work table. The only drawback was the dry air, but it's common for London. Highly recommended!Rooms: 5/5
Honestly the worst hotel experience I have had. I saw all the good reviews and made a reservation to stay here. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews. I checked in and went to the room and was shocked at how small it was. The room doesn’t even have a desk or chair even. It’s literally big enough to fit a bed and that’s it. I also realize that in Europe, in general hotel rooms are smaller, this is the smallest room I have ever seen in my travels throughout Europe. On top of that, it doesn’t have a full length mirror to help you get dressed and there’s no door to the bathroom for privacy. The shower also was not sealed properly and everytime I took a shower, the whole bathroom floor would get soaked. The worst thing was the WiFi, it did not work the entire time I stayed here and I had to buy a new data pack for my international sim card just to be able to communicate and do important things online. In the end, the hotel did refund me £50 to compensate for this but it was still very inconvenient. On top of all this, I was extremely jet lagged when checking in as at home, the time is 8 hours ahead of london. The first day, I put the do not disturb sign on my door to not get woken up. Due to my jet lag, I couldn’t sleep until 4 am. Around 9:45, the housekeeper woke me up by coming in the room despite the do not disturb sign. She apologized and then started having a conversation with me. Due to being half a sleep and having my ear plugs in I couldn’t even comprehend what she was saying. The next day, I was hoping to catch up on my sleep and was awoken by the fire alarm going off at 8 am. I was startled and ran out the room and then the alarm stopped. The cleaning staff said it was pulled on accident. Could not get any good sleep the whole I stayed here and it in addition to all the other things, it ruined the experience. Safe to say I will not be staying here again and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
