It's a room with all the basic needs. Bed comfortable and clean but the room could do with a better clean on the surface. The shower ran cold until I turned the hot water on in the hand wash basin and then it stayed hot in the shower. Sink started to fill on it's own so I had to call the reception staff was quick to come to see the problem and not a problem with moving rooms and upgrade. Short walk to the shops good carpark and pleasant staff.

Staff were very friendly - hotel is a bit of a mixed bag, I had a room in the older part, while my parents had a room in the newer part and the difference in the condition of the rooms was quite apparent. Even small things, like the newer room had a hairdryer and bottled water while mine didn't. It is over three levels and doesn't have a lift which is something to consider if accessibility requirements come into play. No breakfast so buy your own in advance or head into town. Was clean and very quiet when I visited. There is a bus stop a couple of minutes walk away, plus ample parking spaces.
