Good store, but staff behaves like they are kings...really had strong feeling I came to beg for those headphones and they made great favor to sell it to me. Selling they could not clearly explain rules and why they ask my address. Need to update in customer service.

Popped into the Bose store in Covent Garden today having purchased the QuietComfort® 20 Acoustic Noise Cancelling™ headphones at some point last year in the Birmingham store. I hadn’t used them as a hands free for my iPhone until this year only to discover the mic didn’t work (I had possibly been given the Samsung version in error in the Birmingham store...) I didn’t have a receipt. I couldn’t remember when I purchased them only where... I wish I’d got the name of the guy who was in the store (singing along to all the music!) but he was super helpful and no fuss whatsoever. The manager who approved an exchange for me did so with no hassle also... great service and by the way, a great product.

Great location close to Covent garden and quiet Shop if you in the area u will never thought that a Bose store there I'm music lover so I love hitec audio equipment

Great staff that gave us a good customer experience. However the store looks quite dull for a store selling premium sound solutions. Seems like the store and the concept needs to be updated as inside it looks tidy but boring and uninspiring. Expected more from a premium brand like Bose.
