We’ve been frequent visitors since this particular store opened and much prefer it to the Regents Street one although I’ve never had a bad experience at any Apple Store. Other retailers should take notes. My last visit was due to a cracked iPad Pro screen which I was expecting to pay to be replaced. I was pleased to surprised when they simply swapped it for a brand new tablet. Exceptional service as always.
Lovely Apple store and very helpful staff ! They have a free apple session which was brilliant ! You could learn so much about your devices! The ambience was beautiful! One of the most beautiful apple stores i have been to.
Aesthetic building with apple products I didn’t even know existed! Honestly jaw dropping. All the staff are very professional and wow honestly just mind blowing how pleasant and astonishing the place is.

Poor service. Could not be bothered to help me. I asked about battery pack for iPhone 15 plus. I was just told go to the back of the store. When I got there the staff member could not give me advice. Said they were all good. Then 3 staff talking and I had to interrupt them after waiting to be acknowledged. I did not buy the product.
