Our entire stay was beyond fabulous! We were fortunate enough to get an early check in, which truly helped traveling with a 5 year old. Madison was a delight at the front desk. The room was quaint but really nice. Not a lot of space for 3 large suitcases but we made due. The location is amazing. The view of Derby Square, great. And being in the heart of everything made exploring fantastic and easy. The shower and towel warning rack were awesome too! We had breakfast there the first morning and it was really good. Overall a wonderful experience! We will be back!
Great place to stay. I'd highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Liverpool. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy. The shower was nice. The room had aircon, breakfast was yummy.Rooms: 5/5
The gentleman who checked us in and out was dead lovely and friendly The room was so nice, clean, comfortable and deffo good value for money Nice location in the centre Breakfast options available although we didn't have any, Would highly recommend Safety: The hotel is very safe most doors activated by the key card which is so good and males you feel safe!
Had a slightly issue with broken air con in our room but the manor in which the staff dealt with it was perfect. Totally unavoidable but they made sure they could do everything to rectify the situation and even offered us breakfast on the house. Thank you.Rooms: 4/5
First time staying here. The room was lovely, it had everything we needed and for the price and location it was perfect. The staff were accommodating and welcoming upon our arrival. Would definitely recommend and when we are back in Liverpool we will be staying again.Rooms: 5/5
I am resending this review and reducing overall score to 2 as I dont believe you read it properly but just sent the stock response. A good nights sleep is important and I didnt get it. Please assure me the issue with the pillows will be addressed as I would love to return but lack of sleep spoiled an otherwise lovely experience of Liverpool. The hotel is very well situated close to James Street station and Pier Head, and as requested my room was quiet. It was spotlessly clean and had a good view of Derby Square. The staff were polite and professional. I would have liked the choice of a continental style breakfast, the lighter options were limited. Unfortunately though I did not sleep very well as all the pillows were misshapen and very lumpy. On the second night I put pillowcases on the cushions which was slightly better, but the pillows were not fit for purpose in my opinion. I reported a couple of minor issues, a bedside light wasn't working and water was constantly running into toilet. Neither of these issues were addressed. I would return if I were visiting Liverpool again but the issues highlighted especially the pillows would need to be addressed. Rooms: Spotlessly clean with basic furniture. Good sized bed. Difficult to sleep on very lumpy pillows. Safety: Felt very safe as access using electronic key, and reception well staffed. Walkability: Very close to rail station and shopping centre. Also hop on hop off bus stop about 100 metres from hotel.
Very disapointed, 179 £ for a so small room that we had to open our luggages on the bed, after claim we changed our room for a little bigger one, the toilet seat note well fixed, mold and vinyl peeling, holes in the bath towel !!!! peeling paint in and out the room, lift absolutly dirty NEVERS saw that before in a 4 stars hôtel !! rusty grate at the intrance, we had trust on your establishment and pictures on de net... What a pity really !! I'm furius to have paid such an amount for a so miserable hotel... It doesn't deserved 4 but 2 stars only, je BUT we paid the price for a 4 stars one !! Nearby activities: Statue of the Beatles, the cave, the Beatles Museum
It would be nice if the breakfast was a similar set up to Premier inns where u can have a look what you fancy before. I probably wouldn't come back because of this really. Room was clean and tidy but very small.Rooms: 3/5
Great room. High standard. Breakfast was strange. No one dining at 9.30am, no member of staff to greet us and we had to go downstairs to let reception know. Food was amazing when we were served. Noteworthy details: Very close to Albert Docks. Opposite James Street station. 10 minute walk to centre
Lovely room, lovely facilities. ..lovely staff. Breakfast okay. My room was above the bar so a bit noisy until late. Nearby activities: Central for all local attractions Walkability: Central location
