Great reception from the staff. Nice to be welcomed with humour and a friendly face. My room is warm, clean, comfortable and covid friendly. The pure white towels are bliss. What a great hotel in a super convenient location.

Ideal place close to amenities Friendly staff, plenty parking. The room we were in was very small & the bathroom was about the size of a caravan bathroom, but was spotlessly clean & ideal for just the two of us for one night. We will certainly be staying again. Thank you.

Cheap clean cheerful friendly staff ..great location for the Baltic quarter and docks.. with Liverpool centre only a short walk away. And the parking is free

Clean & comfortable. Friendly, welcoming staff. All covid-19 safe. Good value for money.

Friendly staff and a decent standard breakfast with cooked vegetarian option. No iron in room, but a basic hairdryer. The tiniest shower and bathroom possible. Lovely view over the docks. Handy location for the exhibition centre.
