Stayed here for a night for work. It was a very well set up clean hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially in the breakfast area, the chef was really friendly, chatty and informative on the hotel history and food.
The room was spacious and modern. The hotel is located in a great street in the Georgian quarter, very quiet and pretty neighbourhood with modern restaurants and the most beautiful pub around the corner. It's close to the city center, 10 to 15 minutes, and both cathedrals are just blocks away. Both restaurants are great, breakfast was amazing, good quality and wide variety of foods. Highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing place to stay! The hotel room was fab was given room 136 I asked for the house wine and petals to be placed in the room as a special touch for husbands birthday. Received both paid extra and got complementary slate with a happy birthday message in chocolate on it and 3 truffles. Amazing touch. The room itself was great. Bath was huge. We had a 2hr thermal spa journey included in our stay which was just amazing!! Can't praise the spa highly enough. Fabulous!! Breakfast was included which consists of a buffet style both hot and cold with so much to choose from. The best breakfast I've seen in a hotel. The staff are just wonderful so polite and chatty. They can't help you enough and gave us some lovely recommendations for food. Would like to give a special mention and thank you to the guy who works in the 1931 restaurant who has the best haircut! You know who you are . All in all would highly recommend Hope Street Hotel to everyone. Thank you all for an amazing stay.
We didn't stay at the hotel, we were there for a film showing. The cinema room is gorgeous, big comfy sofas and cushions. The bar outside the cinema room was lovely and all the staff were really friendly. Will definitely go back and hopefully stay over. Service: 5/5
My boyfriend and I went to the spa at the bottom of the hotel, and it was brilliant I don't have pictures of inside the spa as I didn't take my phone, although you can. The service was great, with there being numerous staff members always available to ask questions or help with restaurant/bar requests. It was super clean as a result of all the hard-working staff members in the spa. Very relaxing and the facilities were fantastic too! Thank you. Highly recommend.
Room 321 shocking ! Bed creaked every move AC non existed and we backed onto a noisy bakery !!! Service was poor . Reception is noisy and the desk means your not near the receptionist. Plus she spoke to quietly for that space and constantly asking her too repeat. Early check in was available at £20 hour yes £20 an hour. So straight away it’s all about getting money off you rather than provide a great experience and come back again. Experience tells me when they are looking to fleece you there will be gaps in the product offered ! £230 for a squeaky nights sleep !
Great deals . Booked the 1night stay which includes bed and breakfast and 2hours spa access for 2 people. Booked the king suite which total price was £208. Staff very lovely and helpful. They can also safely store your luggage for you before check in which is at 3pm.
Beautiful and stylish hotel in a great location. We hired a function room on the 5th floor for a family celebration and it was perfect. A wonderful function space with fabulous views across the city. Very helpful and attentive staff. Thank you for making our special day run so smoothlyService: 5/5
I had dinner with friends at the restaurant and my vegan 3 course meal was delicious! My cocktail was also very good. Will certainly visit again on my next trip to Liverpool.
We had an amazing stay at the Hope Street Hotel for our anniversary last week. Our room was beautiful and extremely relaxing. We ate at the London Carriage Works in the evening, the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Shout out to Matt who was extremely professional and friendly. The spa is a must, I had a wonderful massage and the thermal journey is extremely relaxing. 100% recommend!
