I thought the place was well run and almost everything was good considering it was quite busy. If I’m honest I thought the following - Glasses not collected quickly enough meaning bar staff would give out a Stella glass when I’m getting san Miguel- no problem for me, The bar girls seemed to be struggling with the heat in the premises, maybe could of done with a fan behind bar.One female bar staff looked so tired I felt sorry for her.Overall a good visit to your pub . Kid-friendliness: Very good and even a slide in the garden, have to be gone by 9pm. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps outside
With a drive to and from London I wanted a place with character and Childwall certainly fulfilled. Gothic windows and smashed avo in Liverpool v welcome Vegetarian options: Good
Very nice-looking pub with a great history. The staff were polite and friendly, and they have a good selection of food at reasonable prices. However, I was disappointed with the wait for food during my visit. It took over 40 minutes to arrive, I'm not sure why, no explanation was offered and it wasn't particularly busy as far as I could see, we were the only customers eating. Other than that, it was a nice afternoon out."
I held my mothers after funeral get together at the Abbey Hotel and Pub, the staff were excellent, really lovely, understanding and respectful, the facilities perfect and the food very good quality and well presented. It’s a great venue, the environment is excellent and the service exceptional. Parking: Very close to the venue Wheelchair accessibility: No issues with wheelchair access
My first time staying at the lovely childwall abbey hotel and I must say it was an absolute pleasure as all the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The manager Steven was ever so kind and gave me some great advice for future stays. I would definitely stay again in the future.Food: 5/5
One of the loveliest little venues I have had the pleasure of visiting. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when it came to allergen advice for my son. The outdoor space was a hit with the children and overall as a family we enjoyed it and will be returning again soon

What a beautiful hotel. You will you entered to a historical place, breakfast was amazing and price was really good!
Couldn't recommend enough! It's decor, service and quality is as impressive on the inside as it looks on the outside. Staff were very efficient and the food was amazing, and we can't wait to visit again. Thankyou to all the staff Vegetarian options: My son has milk and soya allergies and they went above and beyond to make sure all his requirements were catered too.
