looked for three items wipers etc no staff available to ask for help then finally went to the till and the young lad on the till walked away and said u will have too wait stood another 5 mins nobody came to the till so i put items back shocking service iam afraid

Poor customer service in bike Dept in Silverlink branch last night. Was not interested in selling me a bike as reluctant to take them from stand and couldn't answer basic questions. Spent ages on computer to tell me the bikes I was interested were not in stock and he then thought conversation finished as he said the shop closes in 15 mins and he couldn't do anything else. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Went to have a rear break fixed on bike. The assistant was lively, fixed back brake, adjusted front brake, handle bars and seat. . Thank you
