My father had a small chip on his windscreen, caused by a stone on the motorway. He took it to Halfords and was seen by Kyle- who had to ask another member of staff what to do. This was already a red flag.  He was given a form to sign which explained that the event of something going wrong was unlikely, and it was a standard procedure. Unfortunately, when we returned to the car, the original chip was still there along with a crack 10x the size of the original problem. I understand that accidents happen however if you want your car to be looked after please stay clear of this place. A £30 job has now turned into that of a £300+ one. In the photo I have circled the original chip compared to end result. Absolutely appalling. My dad spoke to another member of staff called Danny who explained it was my dads fault for supposedly signing the form. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Ordered kids scooter and helmet on line.  Everything was confirmed however half hour later I received a phone call apologising that the scooter I had ordered wasn’t in stock and hadn’t been for a few months. He did say he would place an order for it for collection a few days later. Collected items today and very happy with the service received as the sales person carried my goods to my car and put it in the boot for me. Thank you so much.

Great service from Laura at checkout desk and from Jack technician.nHad 2 replacement headlamp bulbs fitted and worth every penny.nNo hesitation in going back to Halfords.

I went in to get new number plates made up.  Service was quick and easy and the guidance on their website made sure I had the right documents ID & V5.nnUnfortunately, when I got home and took of the backing film to put them on my car I found that dirt was trapped under the sticker which is not what I would expect.  Pretty frustrated about the quality.
