Popped in to see if I could get a replacement bulb fitted. Two young men sitting. No help at all. When I asked if they had the bulb and how much it would cost. I was told ‘I dunno’. One of them then said ‘probably about a tenner for the bulb and then the fitting’. I declined. I then drove to Kwik Fit Tynemouth who were extremely helpful. They put Kwik Fit Silverlink to shame.
Just went to see if they could help with a flat tire going down very very fast. Had no help whatsoever and told me to come back Tuesday funnily enough I am now stuck with a flat tire. Worst service in history. “Kwik fit” more like come back in 3 days fit!!!!
I had two new tyres fitted on a Landrover. Work was completed on time and the staff gave a great friendly clean service.
Had an appointment yesterday for a battery check, air conditioning check and re-gas and brake check. Can’t fault the service at all. Such a friendly team, relaxing environment and great price. Can’t recommend the team enough.
So much better service/environment than your Long Benton branch I have used recently. Couldn’t even park my car there.
No facilities for diagnostics should you have engine management light on your vehicle. Waste of time and not the best customer service Be it inexperienced staff & lack of knowledge

Problem was sorted with no issues, and at a really reasonable price! All communication dropping off car, phoncall when car was ready and picking up car was friendly and professional.
Went for a new tyre. Deals were in their website. It was quick, like the name says, what's more to say?
These guys saved my bacon when everywhere else was closed over the Jubilee bank holiday. Quick phonecall, incredibly helpful and then said to pop along before closing. Completed the task within an hour and offered good advice every step of the way. Cant thank them enough and have to say from all the years of driving my previous experience with Kwik Fit wasnt always positive but this has absolutely changed my mind!
